Excellent. Fits and everything! So many custom designs don’t do what they say on the tin and you take a chance, Not so with Case 24 !

Case24 is excellent

Very happy with the quality of the case and the quality of the photo on the case. Highly recommend Case24.
However, Australia Post is terrible. My parcel sat in the processing center in Perth for a whole week before it was delivered.

Very unhappy with their returns policy

I ordered a clear phone case with various colour options on the strap and links. Unfortunately I somehow ordered the wrong phone size. Case 24 have stated that as I choose the colours they consider this customised and therefore will not issue a refund. It all looks like it is easily taken apart to me. Essentially this means all the phone covers with straps are customised and non-refundable. This was not clear on the website and I took customisable to be when you had photos ect added. Really frustrated that I now have an unusable phone cover.

Hi Tora, At Case24, all of our phone cases are made to order, which means we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns. This also applies to the phone case with cord, as it was custom-made based on the options and colors you selected.

I LOVE IT!

I LOVE IT!! Thank you! It was a gift for my 80 year old father, who’s a massive fan of old western comics. I had comic panels printed onto the large iPad case, and it turned out wonderful. I bought from you guys a few years back as well, and this was just to update the old one that was falling apart by this point. So, definitely would be back again! Thank you so much!

For improvement:
I would love if the designer had a "snap" or similar to line up my image - being able to drag it around wherever didn't suit the precise design I had made - it was also ambiguous where the edge of the phone case would be.

Scammers!

After repeated attempts to contact you through email, which has gone unanswered, I still have not received this case or any info about it. I need a working tracking number for order # 277610525 that actually shows that the item was shipped. I will file a chargeback in 24 hours if you do not confirm with proof that the item has shipped.

Untrue delivery info, not possible to track

Untrue delivery info. 5-10 days. Its been 15 days and 0 communication. When trying to use the online form to chase up it directs you to Evri where there's no update at all. So you are going in circles. I've emailed the company to request a refund/ cancel the order but there's 0 response. So at the moment I'm without the case, with no money, and no response. Please do not make the same mistake ,do not order.

Shipping issues

Ordered a case last month specifically because they offer "most orders will be produced and delivered within 7-10 business days, via Australia Post" and it's been weeks with no update. Tracking information just says the case is being manufactured, they replied to one of three support tickets saying it'd be shipped early this week (spoiler alert: it wasn't) and have otherwise ignored my requests for more information. If there's an issue with the process, you need to provide updates and not just wait for impatient customers to contact you. I could have gotten a custom case elsewhere and had it here by now.

Edit: I did send the order number. Via support ticket. Three times. I got one response and nothing since. I'll update my review once I get this elusive case.
