Ordered a case on 7th october and shipping time frame was 7-10 days. I have sent 2 emails just enquiring when it will be shipped and have had no response. I do get that things get delayed but a simple response to my enquires would have sufficed.

I used it to design 2 phone cases. Pretty good quality for a custom image. Only $40 too (heavy duty cases), which is good for something with free shipping.

The case lasts a while too, my first one I was sanding it (to replicate weathering) and dropping it on purpose just to see and all it does is chip the paint a little revealing some white undercoat, the 2nd one is in perfect condition after a year (Pixel 4a cases). They are called heavy duty but they are pretty average sized, idk how small the normal one must be.

My only gripe, which you can see when using the website, is that you cannot make your designs symmetrical. There is no option to centre your image (great for photos, always asymmetrical for actual digital case designs). I find this slightly annoying and thus the 4 stars instead of 5. All it needs is an option to either zoom in to be incredibly accurate, or a centre image option after resizing. This option would instantly make it 5 stars for me.

Ordered a 3rd heavy duty one for a new phone, will try to update the review for it (Pixel 8 Pro case).

Update: 3 stars now instead of 4. Got a new one for my Pixel 8 Pro and for some reason it's like 3 degrees off of straight. I have a vertical line going down the centre of the phone that makes it incredibly obvious. It wasn't that bad before when it was just horizontally offcentre, but this print is going to annoy me forever. Also my order was delayed like 3 weeks.

Easy website to follow and design whatever you like plus keeps you posted on how your item is progressing and fast delivery. Have used them number of times and will keep using 10/10.

Great quality, great product

I love the quality of the product and how snug and accurate and soft it is. Only issue was applying the screen protector because it didn't come with the wet wipe that absorbed dirt. But nonetheless, thank you it. I love it.

Placed an order for a customised phone case as a birthday present on the Australian website thinking the company was an Australian company as it claims on their website the following: "most orders will be produced and delivered within 7-10 business days, via Australia Post... The prices are displayed in AUD" and that "if you order a phone case before 14:00 this same day will be sent"

I placed my order on Sunday, expecting the order to be dispatched some time on Monday as it claims on the website. The estimated delivery time was before or by Friday 11th October when I ordered. It has been 3days since I placed the order and there have been no updates whatsoever about my order - no same day dispatch as promised. I also reached out to the support team with questions about if the resolution of my photos would be high enough for a clear print with no response yet until now. Online support seems non-existent.

Moreover, I found on my bank statement that the charge went through as $35.48 when I was invoiced $34.45 in AUD - umm what is this? Was I charged in another currency or something? When I am invoiced in AUD, I expect to be charged the same amount in AUD. I should have read the reviews on this site with people complaining of similar issues before I ordered.

Will update this 1-star review to 5-star if the order is actually dispatched timely as promised & arrives by the estimated 7-10 business days. Otherwise I will be requesting a refund as this case will no longer be needed as it was intended as a gift.

Good customer service and speedy delivery

Ordered an iPad case 5 September. Case24 "created a shipping label" on 15 September but no item has been processed by Canada Post as at 27 September. Case24 haven't provided an explanation or indicated when the item will actually be sent out for delivery, and have not responded to a second enquiry raised through their "contact us" email.

Update - item arrived on October 4. Great product but much longer delivery time than the website implies.

This is my 2nd phone case from you. Both were exactly as I ordered. The quality is great, the price, fantastic. Will definitely be ordering more.

Ordered 16th Sept, said order would be ready to ship in 2-4 days with me 7-10 days. Order hasn't yet been processed and not responding to emails and there is no other way to get hold of them!
