3rd Purchase, 100% Happy 👍

3rd case arrived. As usual beautifully packaged and arrived with a week.
Purchased a new iPhone 15 pro max for my lovely wife and I’m sitting here typing on my 15 pro max which is in a casebus folio case (Fortune). My wife decided on the (Dontaye) case. The phone fits snugly into the protective shell, and the folio part is a nu-buck finish material. Again it’s beautifully made, no errors, wonky stitching, nothing. So 3 perfect phone cases so far from casebus uk. I’ve had mine a few weeks now, no signs of any problems, I’ve just returned from Greece where the temp was 40’c, the case endured the direct sun and heat without an issue. It’s constantly in and out of my jeans pocket and still not a scratch or a mark on the case material.. we are either extremely lucky not to have had a single issue, or some peoples expectations are a little too high?. With all the negative reviews I almost didn’t bother making another review, but then I thought that these guys deserve credit where credit is due. We can only speak our opinions, we are more than happy with our purchases.

This company is a scam - avoid at all costs

Purchased an iPhone case from here which promises it fully supports wireless charging.
However the case did not work with the official Apple charger, nor a third party charger I tried.
When I tried to get a refund, their support kept changing their story, first telling me it only works with official chargers, then once I said it didn’t work with the official charger, telling me it actually doesn’t work and only works with third party chargers.
Finally I was offered a refund - but only if I returned the item to an address in China, which they provided in Chinese, and would cost more than the item itself.
Avoid this company at all costs, even using Paypal as they refused to help too!

The shipment came in fairly good time…

The shipment came in fairly good time so that part was fine. The case is one of those “good for now”, not sure about its durability yet as I’ve had it only for a week or so. What I see is the quality of the case is far from perfect, especially looking up close, it is not seamless etc. I managed to fit the phone in after some failed attempts (I got the case that covers the screen too, two parts: back - including camera cover -and front holding together by magnets) but I can see that the fit is not like a glove, for example around camera lenses, the case over camera is not perfectly adjusted to lenses size and position. Also, the screen cover part gets dirty really quickly (quicker than a screen protector you stick on), so you could constantly wipe it if you were bothered. Did some drop tests (not extreme tho), the case hold together (surprise), did not come apart. So yeah pictures on the website does not really reflect reality in regards to quality of finishes that is not high quality. Lets wait and see but I am sure I will be replacing it at some point with something better and go back to stick-on screen protector of some better quality. They make them

Terrible quality product

Terrible quality product. I purchased a case for iphone 12 mini in January 2024 and it has already fallen apart (all the "leather" has come away from the case). My previous case lasted at least 2 years, so 4 months is just not good enough. Avoid at all costs - there's a reason these are cheaper in comparison to quality products. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more up front with a different company, you'll probably save in the long run as I now need to go and buy another case (note Casebus were not willing to refund the shoddy product, but gave me a 10% off discount code to buy another case from them... hilarious!!)

Scam

Having the same problem and wish I had read this beforehand.
The product I got turned out to be of the quality you would expect from a market stall but for three times the price.
Try to return and they give a Chinese address along with “we don’t recommend this” (parcel has a UK address for non delivery)
It is cheap tat and regardless of the .co.uk web address it is a Chinese company hiding behind an impression that it isn’t. If they were any good then why pretend to be UK.

Criminals

Don’t give them your money they don’t deserve 1 star! My other half bought a case from this bunch of criminals, terrible quality, overpriced and it was also the wrong case. When she tried to return it they gave her a Chinese address although the place the item was sent from is only 40min away from our house. It cost £17 to send it, only to have it sent back due to not passing customs!!! It’s a phone case not a bomb, it was well packaged and clearly labelled, apparently not enough documentation was provided! It’s an f-ing phone case, what more could she tell them? The company has since refused to acknowledge any communication with her.
Please don’t use them as they aren’t cheaper than other providers, the build quality is terrible, customer service non-existent and they will not back up the products. They shouldn’t be given any business, and they also deserve to be prosecuted for dishonest activity.
They are actually criminals do not buy from them.

Avoid like the plague

Bought what I thought was a decent case as it was expensive. Nope not what arrived.

Have lost functions on my phone like fingerprint recognition as well as touchscreen sensivity

Very clever with their refund policy wording. How on earth can you send back a phone case in the original conditions with everything attached as you need to try your phone in it before you realise it's useless?! Snidey if you ask me. I'm now fighting through paypal for a refund. Am also going to try and speak with Trading Standards as this is so unfair on customers.

Second case and over the moon 😊

Today my second case arrived ‘FORTUNE’, for my iPhone 15 pro max, which is a two part folio case. Again it arrived beautifully packaged, (and yes it may well have been posted from China, but “really?,, I really don’t mind where it comes from, as long as it’s good), AND IT IS GOOD 👌.
I’m so glad that I have the opportunity to re-confirm my excellent experience, I was keeping my fingers crossed that my previous experience may have been a ‘one-off’.. but again I’m really pleased 😊.

The case is beautiful. Each individual part was carefully isolated with tissue paper etc, it arrived absolutely flawless. Again, the stitching is straight, uniform, and quite frankly at least as good as I hoped for. My case is a two part affair, a leather backed phone protector case that magnetises into a folio wallet. The the phone protector looks really nice, expensive and beautifully finished. There is a hard raised frame around the camera lens cluster which is really nice as the lenses on the pro’s protrude out significantly. the attention to detail is excellent.
As in my previous review, the material looks like leather, feels like leather, but who knows?. One thing for sure is that it is beautiful. The phone case holds really well with magnets to the folio case, and closes firmly with a good strong magnetic catch, the folio case has 4 card slots (nice and snug), and an area for banknotes. It also has a small zip pocket to put things in that will be invaluable for safe storage. I have put several banknotes and 3 cards into the folio and it still closes firmly with a good magnetic catch.

If any readers are wondering why I have purchased an iPhone 15 pro and then a 15 pro max, well thanks (not) to (sorry not allowed to name company), who couldn’t deliver a working SIM card in nearly two weeks, and then basically demanded the phone back!,leaving me in a position that if not sorted within a 14 day cooling off period, that I could end up liable for network charges from a provider that wasn’t providing! (I.e. if not cancelled within the cooling off period that the contract would start). The only way to cancel the sim was to send the phone back!..and so giving me the opportunity to get the pro max.
So thanks to them I had an opened 15 pro Bennie case and no phone 😡.

Again thank you ever so much to Rachel from Casebus customer service, and for their generosity.
As I had ordered another case for my pro max, they gave me a partial refund on the first case (that was open and used) and said that due to the high cost of returns that I could keep the first case and sell/gift it to someone. 🙏

As Casebus make many variants of case for many different phones I can appreciate that some peoples experience may vary. I just hope that more good reviews come along soon as my experience has been Excellent…

Warning DO NOT purchase these cheap looking cases, I did and wanted to return it, it’s from CHINA and hideously expensive to return. They are so devious as they give an address in UK and also imply products from the states, complete and utter rip off.

Avoid this Company

I ordered this phone case and as soon as I placed the order I realised I had ordered the wrong size, the website states you have 12 hours to amend the order via email, I did this immediately, still recieved the incorrect case and was refused a refund, lesson learned!! Will never go near this company again

I don't usually write reviews but I took a chance after reading all the negatives ones here about casebus.com as well as .co.uk . It was the only place that would do a case with all the features I was looking for : MagSafe, proper camera protection and a stand and I'm very happy with it. It was a bit expensive and took about a week to come, I'm sure they come from China but I'm overall happy

Definitely avoid. They send false tracking information, pretend to be in the UK, refuse to cancel orders, even when an item has not been dispatched. Just the worst of all worlds, a joke company.

Casebus came up high in my online search looking for a new phone case. The website is slick and the images of the cases make them look very high quality.

I have to say that the case received, while absolutely fine, was not quite a high quality as the images made it out to be and the price I paid. Slightly fiddly to fit the phone in initially too. But that all said, the case does fit and all the buttons line up perfectly etc.

The delivery was a little slow, not entirely unexpected as I had a strong feeling this company is not UK based. But still it arrived in under a week.

I have seen a lot of very negative reviews here and in many ways I can understand. I can only give me own views and to be honest if the case had been 25% cheaper or what I received a little better quality I would have given a 5* review.

In summary, the case works, it was delivered in a reasonable time but it is a bit over priced.

***This is a scam site and seller*** AVOID

AVOID!!! Thankfully PayPal refunded my payment of £56.96 in full because the product was not as described (plastic rather than “premium leather” phone case) and Casebus refused to pay for the return postage for the fake goods.

Even though the products were sent out from the UK, the Casebus returns policy (when you read the small print) is to send back to China, which they said in an email to me was "( Not recommended )" anyway.

I posted a one star review for the product after invitation by Casebus for its website, but this was not put online; only 5 an 4 star reviews are listed 🤔🤔🤔

My worst-ever online experience with a vendor that’s clearly designed to put people off seeking refunds for inferior quality goods.

Poor quality product

Poor quality product - cheap and ineffective. Customer service was worse and in fact, non-existent. No response to messages and it was impossible to get a refund. I have had to buy a whole new case from another vendor so have spent twice as much. Do not use.

I have beaten myself up over this one.

99% of the time I read reviews but this time I was so engrossed in getting the right product I did not do so. I try and use British companies to support them in this trying financial environment.
Oh BOY, I have beaten my self up over this one. Other reviews on this company sum up what has happened so no need to explain. I did go through PayPal and raise a request return and refund for this item as it was proved this was a scam. Unfortunately, this was as useful as a chocolate teaspoon. The product itself was no way the quality that was expected for the price. I could have purchased the exact same product for less than half the price including postage from two well know online outlets. Another lesson learnt.
