I placed an order with this company…

I placed an order with this company caseetenpen 01/30/2026 and it is now 03/21/2026 !! I have never received the package and the only way to contact this company is there e-mail , I have received a automated response that there working on the logistics of the package & request my patience ( I have sent at least 7 e-mails with the same response) there seems to be no solution & my request for a refund has been left unanswered!!!

The worst experience I have ever had …

I will never order from this Company & I will share my experience with others …

Ships terribly slow, not a US company

Ordered an appointment on December 3rd and paid extra for expedited shipping. I heard nothing until I registered a chargeback. It is December 29th and the ornament is allegedly just making it to US. Despite this being a dot com, they are not in the United States. They are in Sweden.
