talk to a representative. There is no way to call a person. I just ordered the correct size.

Bad Quality
I have contacted Casetify for many emails regarding my issue, no response at all!!!!!
Within the past six months, I have had four cases break, including replacement cases that were sent to me. Even the replacement case broke, which is extremely disappointing. A phone case is supposed to protect the phone and remain functional through normal use, but these cases have not been durable enough to serve their purpose.
At this point, this is no longer an isolated issue. Since multiple cases, including replacements, have failed in such a short period of time, I believe there is a serious quality problem with the product. If the quality is not reliable, these cases should not be produced or sold as protective phone cases.

I always buy from casetify and will continue the price is more but the quality is because of it. Ive had overpriced cases but not quality! I have never had an issue with any items I buy from casetify from phone cases, charm straps, lanyards etc. The return and exchange process is understandable too I made a mistake while ordering not checking and it was my fault but they remade the item all I had to do was pay for shipping which was fine after they shipped the item to me twice. Great customer service and quality!

HORRIBLE! The worst customer service ever!!! NEVER shipped my order and refuse to give me a refund!
Won’t answer emails except for useless information! No way to call a human and actually get help! Took my money and never sent items! Sent 8 emails with no refund and NO response! NOT stopping till I get all my money back!

Regarding the iPhone case, there was an issue with bumper loosening and instability of the stand. The warranty period had already expired by a year.
The response to my inquiry was very fast, and the support was extremely friendly.

It’s a cool cell phone case! I like it very much. However, the address shown on the delivery is not exactly the same as I gave you. Fortunately, the postman knows me.(the postman literally knows everyone in our Neighbourhood.), so I can receive my ordered item.
