Top service getting on well with my new van

If I could give no stars I would twice they were supposed to pick my car up I moved it to an easier position on main road in a lay-by where buses stop Lorrie’s park up but apparently it wasn’t big enough!! Then got told I would get a phone call on the mon for a pick up in a smaller low loader never got so rang them to be told sorry they can’t do it!!!! Joke of a company DO NOT use

Sold my blue peugeot 108 today, I'm happy with the price as my car needed some work....the guy was really nice and sorted it all out with no problems 😊

Bought a Volkswagen T-Roc back in Feb 2024…extremely pleased with how Dan dealt with the sale. A month later and the car started having a few issues with the electronics, phoned Cash4Cars and they took the car back to be repaired with no quibble at all and was given a courtesy car to use. All problems resolved and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Dan and the team were superb!

Brought a 2nd hand car from this company in march 2022 and I’ve had nothing but PROBLEMS from as soon as I drove off the forecourt! They had the car back to fix and told me they had done a 1000 worth of work! Apparently!!

The car has repeated problems which my extended warranty said they didn’t cover!!! The WARRANTY is pointless!!!

Also have also since spent over £800 to get fixed to be told it will cost me another 2600! The car is probably only worth 1500, less than that more than likely!!!

So not even a year after buying the car is screwed!!!

Dave was absolutely amazing, couldn’t have been easier to talk too or more helpful with anything. I showed up as I was interested in the 120d they had for sale and within an hour we had sorted out the part ex and the purchase with the a very good warranty included.

Bought a Mercedes gla, parcel shelf was missing, told it was at the valeters and they would would sort it out. 3 months later, no joy and they are not interested. No haggling or knocking down price, £13,000 paid and they can not be bothered to sort out a £150 parcel shelf. Will not use again.

Really good people, very hospitable, welcoming and there to assist when required. No pushy salesmen tactics which allows you decide in your own time. Even though I never purchased a car upon the day I visited them, a lasting impression was left as to how customer service really should be. Highly recommended!

Was talking to someone on messenger trying to get a trade in price for my vehicle as was interested in a car they had.
I was asked what I wanted for the car.
I said 'I thought you were supposed to give me a price'.
He then said 'don't worry👍'.
Then blocked me.
Totally unprofessional and extremely rude.

Ben and Danny...all staff could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend them and will buy from in future.

I purchased a Renault Megane Estate on 20/01/2022, prior to viewing the car I contacted CASH4CARS BCF (Bristol) Ltd as I had a few questions, one being the alloys wheels, Ben told me on the phone they had been recently refurbished, when I arrived to view the car, I found that they had been dented, curbed, and painted. On this particular model they are Dimond cut wheels, I nearly walked away from buying the car as I felt I had been lied to regarding its condition.

After a month of having the vehicle the internal door pull handle had snapped off, after further investigation it had been bodged back together, looks like someone actually melted it.

Soon as this happened I contacted Ben regarding the issue, he said its not covered by the warranty and they "Cash4Cars" wont be paying for it to be fixed.

I had obtained a quote from Renault to fix the issue, however the whole door card needs replacing as it is one part. I have contacted Ben as I am within my rights under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 to have this fixed as it was faulty before I actually collected the car.

I have written several emails to Cash4Cars and sent a signed for letter, plus ignored phone calls. I have remained professional to them across the whole matter and in no way have I can across rude, I just want the issue sorted on the car I paid £13550 for, its not like I purchased a £500 car, I expect a good aftersales service.

Therefore I would not recommend this company to anyone, so do avoid if you expect a good aftercare service or even honesty to be fair.
