It was really easy and fast.

I don't know where all the problems and bad reviews come from. They offered me the best price, sent me a pre-paid envelope, and sent me the money. What's not to like?

I picked this site out of the ones brought up on Google Search. I found the ability to register my phones, sell them and receive my cheque very fast indeed. All done in a matter of days. Very impressed.

Cash 4 Phones offered the best price for the phone I was recycling and were very professional in all aspects of their business. Everything they said would happen did. Would definitely use them again.

Great service from receiving the prepaid envelope to getting the money in my account in just a few days later.

It was very quick and easy the only comment I would make is that they should use padded envelopes I posted them on thurs and got my cheque the following Wednesday

I've been trying to get money from this company since 29th August. Since then only had excuse after excuse. Latest one being" technical difficulties but we expect you to be paid soon". Please avoid this company, i'm now convinced they are just a scam. Gave 1 star only because 0 stars wasn't an option.

update On 15th October, I have finally received my payment from Cash 4 Phones.

Cash 4 Phones gave me a quick turnaround from beginning to end. They both kept me informed of progress and sent payment promptly.

Back in July I set up 2 orders with Cash4Phones, selling old phones and an ipod.
I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR EITHER!!!
Multiple complaints and promises from their Customer Service team has resulted in 2 promises of cheques being sent (neither received) and one promise that the money would be transferred immediately and be in my bank account by 4th October. Guess what? That didn't arrive either!!
Today I log into my account again and find that the payment for the 2 orders were marked as "Processed" on 09/08 and 02/09.
Cash4Phones you owe me £128.76....!!!

would recommend, i did mine via bank transfer and whole transaction was completed within 1 week

From putting my phone in the free-post bag they provided to receiving my cash in my bank took 3 days. Also they paid £15 more for my phone than any others were prepared to pay.
Highly recommended.

I was offered a vastly reduced price (£78 suddenly went down to £22) due to "excessive scratching on the screen" - there is no scratching on the screen, there are some chips around the casing. I then had to pay £8.95 to get the phone returned to me - but it took me 6 weeks of constantly chasing them before they did actually return it to me. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Advertise your old phone on eBay instead - I got £110 for the phone in the end. And looking at this review page they appear to then dispute their feedback from their customers by submitting the review back to TrustPilot customer service. Surely that should make people suspicious?

This company took my phone after offering £1 more than the next highest price online, then found "excessive scratches" and reduced their offer by 65%!!! Their T&Cs state if you don't accept their offer in 5 days they assume you accept it. Normally they charge a ridiculous £8.99 to return a phone if you don't accept but in my case because I was on holiday and wasn't on email, they had already "recycled" my phone so I had no choice but to take cash. After a complaint they increased their offer to 2/3 of the original price but well below what I could have got elsewhere. However 1 month later still no payment - not quite the 3-5 days in their T&Cs. I can not say enough to discourage you from using these disgraceful people.....

It was easy! Go to the website, put in the details...... Get a valuation......

.... And hey-presto!... Your rewards, in either cheque or straight into the bank... Simples.

Thanks again Cash4Phones team, I used you for my SNote 1 and on this occasion my SNote 2, so I will definitely be using you again.

Update..........
I received my Cash4phones 'cheque' (the 'cheque' was attached to the bottom of the payment letter, which was dated 1st October 2013).

Whent to my 'Lloyds Bank' on Saturday 5th October 2013, and paid it in with no problems at the bank counter so far, today 'Monday 7th October 2013' the money was in my account....job done, thanks again Cash4phones.

Oh, and by the way, 'Trustpilot' have asked me to verify my own order, which i will have no problem in doing, thanks.

applying to this company was easy they offered a good value for my phone they were quick to send the envelope and pretty quick to receive my phone and change my offer due to wear and tear i accepted the offer as my phone wasnt in great condition and it wasnt to much less than what they originally offered 3 weeks later and im still yet to receive my money they claim to have had technical issues i have now started legal precedings against this company as it seems to be the only way they will stick to the agreement and payout

I sent an iphone4 for a good price on the 27/07/13 expecting it to be a breeze. It took them a week to acknowledge they had the phone and then said they were sending a cheque on the 04/08/13. Trying to contact them is a nightmare, after several emails from myself (about 6) all they kept saying was that the cheque was on its way please allow 3-7days. On the 15/09/13 after waiting about 30 working days my patients ran out. I sent one last email to say i would be contacting the police and small claims court. Finally on the 19.09.13 my cheque arrived.
I would not recommend or use them again, although they did come good in the end.

After being quoted £200 for a samsung galaxy s3 in mint condition (i had kept it in a case with screen protection) they later reduced the quote to £80 claiming wear and tear. There was not a scratch on the phone and i had used the phone up to the day before I sent it so this was obviously made up damage. Would not use again and advise against the use to anyone who was thinking of recycling their phone.
