Decided to recycle my old mobile with Cash4Phones as I have previously dealt with them before. They have a quick and easy process and offer a free postal service.

I sent my phone and was made an offer on 6th September, I declined this and was phoned several days later with a counter offer which I agreed. I am still waiting for payment and refund of my P&P, have sent multiple emails requesting someone phone me but just get emails back saying it is being dealt with now am £99 down and have no phone. Do not deal with this company they are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good service. Never had to speak to them because packets arrive promptly and so do payments. Usually one of the best prices in comparison to their competitors too.

I sent my phone to this company in good faith I was asked if the handset was working or broken mine was in full working order they offered £128 this was the highest price i found online so I decided to send it. One week later I received a email stating due to excessive wear and tear they would now pay £38 .
As a matter of principal I decided to pay the high postage charge to get my phone back after making this payment my phone never arrived I have contacted them many times to try to resolve this but the last contact I received was a email confirming my tracking number (this tracking number was fake ) over a month down the line they haven't returned my handset and to add insult to injury the have also charged me postage .
I have made many attempts to resolve the situation spending hours on hold and sending emails but they are simply refusing to reply I have no idea if I will ever get my handset back or the postage fee.

I sent away my phone using the prepaid envelope on the Wednesday and the money was in my account on Monday morning absolutely superb would certainly use again and tell my friends too

Received the highest price for my mobile phones by 'Cash4Phones', was notified throughout the process via e-mail, pre-paid envelope given & money arrived in my account within a couple of days of the phones being tested. Excellent service, would highly recommend 'Cash4Phones'.

Sold my phone to C4Ps and got full price I was quoted:) It was brand new and sent it by special delievery. My worry is if anything had gone wrong- no contact number on website.

Cash 4 Phones were able to offer me more money for my used phone compared to other mobile phone recycling companies and they sent out the freepost envelope fast after I placed my order with useful reminders about the timescales by email. They processed my payment within the timescales provided (48 hours) and I could track progress via the website. Couldn't ask for anything more really!

Cash 4 phones was a vary easy sight to use I just put my phone details in they gave me a quote. I sent my phone they sent the cash all with in a week. Vary good services. Would recommend them and use them again.

Throughout the process of selling my unwanted phones Cash 4 Phones were helpful, timely and kept me up to date with progress. Would I use them again? Definitely!!

they received my phone on the 23rd of September, it failed its testing (surprise surprise). Like a fool I accepted their revised offer on the 27th Sept and received an email saying 'You'll be pleased to know that we have made a bank transfer of £96.04 in to your bank account number ending xxxx towards the payment of your mobile(s). You should receive this amount in your account in the next 3 to 5 days, however in really busy periods it may take longer.
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date of this e-mail before contacting us if funds don't reach your account.' Payment still not received so I emailed them again only to receive another reply saying 'Thank you for your payment enquiry with us your file was moved over to the accounts department on the 27/09/2013. Please allow 7 – 14 working days until you will receive payment.:' Wish I had read the reviews - I will never sell a mobile phone this way again.

Well here we are 5/11/13 - despite numerous emails and promises of 'payment will be made by the end of next week' nothing in my bank. I have threatened to report them to the police and gave them a week to respond - hmm

I used them in the past very happy. Went to use them again with a couple of handset. They told me 7-10 days as normal. 14 days passed I had nothing, I contacted them they said it would take another 2 weeks. 5 weeks passed since I was told 10 days and I still waiting. They fail to get back to me when contacted. They kept dragging it on and telling me longer and longer! Will never use them again and advice you to do the same!

I had read so many comments on this company from consumer sites. I sent my package off and did not get notified that they had got it. The customer service hold facility was the rudest I have ever come across in that it is designed to force you to hang up. It was not until I sent an email that they acknowleded my package and make a payment 4 days later. I would not us them again as I think I was lucky. There is nothing worse then not knowing what is happening. Need to improve themselve because there is alot of complaints on the web not doing them any favours.

Surprised at how easy it was to receive the return bag then put phone in wrapped in bubble wrap -post office got receipt and received full value in my bank within 6 days (phone was in good condition) would use again as no probs .
