Very much a scam. I've seen multiple reviews here saying they pay for the good reviews and have been harassed with emails, texts, and calls asking when I'm going to send my laptop. I was planning on it , but luckily had decided to do it over the weekend when the post office wasn't open and all the spam texts and calls really got me to see all the red flags.

The entire team made the process seem less and very enjoyable. I have enjoyed working with them very much. Fast payment as well! Everything as promised!

Quick and easy. I submitted the info about the laptop I wanted to sell, they provided an accurate quote and assessment, they sent the packing label and shipped. I was paid a few days after they received it. Awesome site and easy communication with customer service, will use next time I have old electronics I don’t need.

Super quick and easy. Even after receiving a laptop a little different from described, they were willing to take it and still paid me! They were also willing to send the laptop back if I didn't want to take the deal. I was definitely skeptical at first but I am here to confirm that they are safe to trust!

These people are a scam. I doubt most of these reviews.
I got a quote for an almost new Dell. I did not select like new due to a scratch and select good shape and was given a quote. I advised them I added 32 GB of Ram. I was told they would add 15 dollars. I got worried at that point but the Dell was already sent. So I waited. After almost a week and a few calls, I was given a quote of 50 dollars, not the 199 plus 15 price I was given.
I told them no and to ship it back, and need to deal with that. I do not want to give them my cc for return shipping. I no longer trust them.
When I did call, it sounded like they were in a very busy call center. And with the accent they have, i am worried my card number would not be safe.
This is something like a bait and switch. This is a total rip off.
I will be inspecting my computer when I get it back, and I will be contacting the FTC, and the BBB to warn people.

We had a bunch of old devices and dropped them off for review in person. The process was easy and we got a good offer for some devices plus felt good that the others would be recycled!

Great communication skills, great people to work with, very understanding, willing to work out a deal. Swift and actionable as well.

A questionable site to get money for your old laptops. They send you shipping label for free. All you need to do is to print that label and drop it to UPS dopbox. Very Convenient!!

They may give you less money than the quote. Will give extra 30 dollars if you willing to give them 5 star reviews.
I am giving 2 stars as I got money (less than quoted) and they are quick to response.

Quick and easy

Absolute scam! I sent 7 laptops in to them in perfect condition all of which were originally purchased by my from the manufacturer less than a year ago as brand new. I work in IT and know the condition of these. All except one also included the original box and everything. After getting the quote and sending them in, it took them days to actually respond and tried to offer less than 50% of the value. They tried to say “the warranties are void” when that was never part of the questions and I never marked them as brand new. Now all of the laptops magically have scuffs and bad batteries when I know that is a lie. Now they want me to pay to return my items! I am reporting to the BBB and seeking legal action for a clear bait and switch. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Overall pretty happy. I was offered less than what I was quoted after they looked at my laptop, but they explained in detail the reason for the lower offer. They were friendly and efficient in processing the sale. I would also like to mention that I had contacted several different companies about selling my laptop, and no one accepts Chromebooks, apparently. Cash For Used Laptop was the only company willing to purchase my Chromebook, so thank you!

They were very helpful every step of the way and made my experience very easy! I received updates and professional feedback which put me at ease and eliminated any stress of selling my laptop! Highly recommend this service!
