This site stole my gift card balance

I submitted a $500 Disney gift card 2 weeks ago.I never heard from them and then 3 days later they stole the money off of the card and they don't respond d to emails.BEWARE..This company is a 100% scam.

Ok please I don't know what else to do, I just now seen cashify replied to my previous review but it got deleted by trust pilot before I could respond, probably for giving personal info but come on trust pilot you can clearly see that is how things are getting resolved why would you do that?! But whatever , Please cashifyGC I've been waiting almost a month for my payment. It's been OVER ONE MONTH since I submitted my 2 $500 Vanilla Gift cards. 8 emails and ONE update from James a month ago saying they'd look into it. Nothing since. This is beyond okay and unacceptable....JAMES..CASHIFY..ITS BEEN A MONTH.. PLEASE ASSIST. THIS ISNT OKAY AND NEEDS TO GET BROUGHT UP TO THE FTC IF THERES NO ACTION. I DID MY PART, NOW YOU DO YOURS. THE CARDS WERE DRAINED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AND THERES BEEN NO UPDATES SINCE.

RESPONSE TO COMMENT: You don't even follow your own rules and protocols. The email after submitting says you will hear something within 8 hours. And your website says 24 hour payout. Here we are 6 days later and absolutely no response.

You get real defensive of people calling you a scammer but that's exactly what you are.

I have yet to relieve any type of response from this company.

It's funny that their website boast how authentic and trustworthy they are.

The only thing you can trust is that they will deplete the funds on your giftcard as soon as you submit a form and absolutely ignore you.

DO NOT sell you giftcards to these people. You submit a form, get an email that says you will hear something in 8 hours, buy during that 8 hours, they spend your money.

Well I just submitted my 2 cards that I had as a birthday gift, I hope there are not any issues as I need the money for surgery next week. Really want to give them a 5star fingers crossed it works. Submitted pictures of the card, the amount and the receipt. Holding my breath bit everyone is saying they are scammers. Now I am worried. Will update tomorrow as today is the 4th of July

I did call them and they said the money was not there... If you are working on processing them then that would be nice to know it's been over 8 hours and no email no money on the cards. I will wait until Monday in hopes that you have processed them or released the funds... Call and check for yourself. I know they were new I sent the receipt with my cards

I had sold my $300 vanilla visa gift card on 6-24-24.
The money was used to have Hockey cards graded from a company called COLLX INC on 6-24-24.
James had emailed me back on 6-26-24 saying he will look into this and get back to me. Then again on 6-28-24 I received the same email from James that he will look into this and get back to me.
It’s now 7-1-24 and I have heard nothing and still haven’t received a penny.

dont see a reply button to their previous reply and not trying to add to the high volumes of poor ratings but I DO want to provide an update for Cashify GC and in fact anyone thinking of using their service. I did reach out to AMAZON fraud and security dept and was able to verify that it was in fact this company who transferred the balance of the card without ANY SORT OF PAYOUT!!! Cashify you have 2 choices since you seem to respond quickly with awareness of what you called " invalid" card you then have my phone number and paypal account. I am waiting on a fed ex over the weekend with the bank statement from family member who bought the card for me before I escalate it further to the FTC, AMAZON and anyone else that will listen. You may not care and invite it until agents are auditing your business asking a bunch of uncomfortable questions that you will have to account for or you can pay the $154 that you offered for a card that you CASHIFYGC already used in the amount of $200 into my pay pal, chime or cash app account by the end of the weekend and this posting and storm that WILL be coming your way begins on Monday. That is not to include the refund that AMAZON will withdraw from your account to reimburse me after filing charges. Your Choice

I was under the impression there would be an instant payment . It wasn't! So if you want instant payment find a different way.
I was alittle concerned and thought I had gotten scammed and then the money for the egift card showed up in my account about 2 weeks in all of waiting. So they are legit and have excellent prices on the fees . They are just slow and I understand there is a process so it may be a good thing for them not to advertise instant cash and be sure the customers know .

Submitted information for target gift card $200 they spent the money on gift card I messaged through chat and email with no reply or payment

I had initially left a review regarding selling my $100 eBay gift card to cashify. It took a few days but I eventually got a response and received the fund as it was estimated on their website through PayPal.
