I made a trade of $50 with my visa prepaid gift card and my money was immediately took but now customer service ignores my message and dont text back? i just wanted my money sent because it was an EMERGENCY so if cashify go if you see this could you please process my payment through. On 5-23-24 I submitted a BestBuy gift card of $500, the immediately took the money and all I've received is an email saying they will look into it. Payment was supposed to be within 24hours and here we are almost a month later and still no more replies. I've emailed them 2-3 times a week and nothing.

Says it’ll take 8 hrs however there is very little communication just a guessing game. Balance immediately removed no time frame on funds returned.
Most likely lost $100 gift card. I would not recommend

I had a gamestop giftcard for $119.11 and they depleted the card the same day I submitted the form and still no payment or email like come on I have kids and now I'm screwed out of to me a lot of money!!!

Only took about a day from when I messaged them letting them know I hadn't been paid for them to pay me through paypal. Thanks guys!!

Update: I woke up with the money in my account. I'm super glad I did- but the only thing is - the advertising was completely inaccurate. If you don't use cashapp - remove the option. And if the transaction is going to take a week- don't advertise it as this super quick and easy process.

Less people will be angry and less.panicky if you advertise accurately abd know what to expect.

But I was paid today- and for that I am super grateful. But when everyone doesn't get paid right away and it takes weeks- of course we're going o be grateful when we get paid. Because we all are thinking we got scammed. And we're just happy to not have Been slammed. That's manipulative.

I dont want someone else to struggle like I did. If I had known it was going to take a week or two I wouldn't have been so stressed out. Becaue i wouldnt have used the site. But the money did come though! So if you got a.week or 2 to wait- and you know the second you enter your gift card number they take the money off instantly - than go for it.

Cashify gc is a complete scam it’s been months and yet still nothing from them don’t do it if your looking to sell your cards these criminals will take your money in minutes leaving u frustrated and without anything but a judge run around if your lucky I filled with the better business bureau on these crooks and will be pursuing this scam till the end submitted multiple cards read my other reviews for exact details

UPDATE as promised (6/18/24): did receive an email after sending a follow up after 2 days, said was looking into it and would get back to me. 2 days later I received payment to my PayPal for the full amount of the gift card, with no cut taken out for them. I do appreciate that. Updating rating from 1 star to 3. However, due to the uncertain nature and the gap between promises and actual actions, and given the scores of other negative reviews from people who I'm not certain were taken care of, I still do not recommend doing business with this website. [Original post] Stop me if youve heard this one: I submitted the details for a $50 Amazon gift card this morning and an email said if I didn't hear back in 8 hours, the card has not been accepted. Much more than 8 hours later, no word from anyone, but my card has definitely been redeemed! I don't buy the argument that there's too little staff support to respond to submissions in a timely manner (especially when timeliness is part of the sales pitch) because they sure redeemed the card pretty quickly. I'm sure I will be receiving payment to my PayPal account in the next couple days, in which case I will update this review. After all, "At Cashify GC, we adhere to ethical practices and do not support the use of stolen or unauthorized gift cards."

My money was taken off my gift card almost immediately but I am still waiting to be paid. You really should not say 8 hours, it is now over 24 hours later. I have paypal so I'm not sure what is taking so long.

This company will honor there agreements you just need to be patient and communicate if the transaction is taking to long just message James Smith he will get to the bottom of it.

I’m very disappointed to say the least. I chose to go with your company due advertising that I would be paid quicker than the other apps, But what really bothers me is the lack of responding to emails or chats on the app. I submitted a 200$ target card which you have already removed the money. It was more than 2 months ago that my 500$ gift card was depleted before I ever recieved any compensation I was owed 470 by this company my car has now been repoed and my water disconnected since this company stole my money! FAKE!!! They owe me $703, $648 of which I cashed out on once finished their RIDICULOUS requirements.... Was going to take 30 days to cash out to PayPal and about 2 and a half weeks into that 30 days I went to log back into the site and CONVENIENTLY I have been "banned" due to "violation of terms", WHICH is absolutely untrue... I followed their rules exactly as instructed and as soon as it was time to pay up, the ban came .. I hsve tried to contact them several times via email with no response.... It's been a month now and I have not received any money towards my Airbnb 350.00 card I sent in. All I get is lies, lies, lies. My emails which are few come from JAMES SMITH support division. Is that even his real name? He has said send PayPal info so I do and nothing it's been 2 weeks since last email from James calling me a IDIOT on one email is that proper language cashifygc.com uses with their customers?

After 5 days short of a month and many heated emails and reviews Cashifygc.com has sent me my payment. Although I have received payment I am not happy at all with the service of cashifygc.com and their employee James Smith. They misrepresented them selfs by saying a quick return of money once card was deleted of funds, it was not. Also sent misleading emails explaining nothing about the payment and reason why it is taking so long. I still will NOT use this company again in the future and will not recommend them to anyone. Have not received funds. Money gone from gc. No communication or response from customer support. Took awhile but transaction was completed.

Submitted my gift card morning of May 31st. Got their email about 8 hours waited days and still nothing. Email and still nothing ! No response and the balance is ZERO! This is great, do not give them any of your gift cards! They will just take them and not give you anything back ! SCAM!
