This company took my balance out of my card. It’s been 19 days since I submitted my card. After they took my money and ignore my emails I have decided to contact the fraud department from Home Depot and they are in the process of getting this taken care of. After I provide it all the emails from them and proving they were the ones who STOLE my money and the multiple complaints they have against them for stealing peoples money I have been told that charges against them can be filed. I have been more than patient with them but after they have ignored my email for almost 15 days it’s clear they are out to scam and steal ppls money.

Took the card, no payment yet...I haven't received a response or payment from them. But they took my gift card money off my card. I really needed the money asap. I'm very disappointed and extremely screwed because I believed they would do the right thing. Reference number CGC-935042519

cgc-544397796 its been 4 days .. says submitted have not got any email.. paypal email was luvinindo at the gee mail dotcom .. submitted an amex giftcard once before and was paid 92 for a 100 dollar card.. did get payment after serveral days.. still nothing here so i am wondering why????

I have messaged customer service via website and email numerous times about whether or not they take Olive Garden Gift Cards and haven't received any reply.

Not as advertised! Believe this company is a scam. I talked to Walmart and they asked me to submit all my documentation so they can send it to their fraud prevention team. I was also advised to file a police report. All of which I will be doing Monday morning unless I've recieved payment. Jerica Rakas is on the form. Reference CGC-770795277.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars, but considering I recieved an email from this company stating they would take legal matters into their own hands for defamation of the company I guess I'll clear a few things up. The company did send me a payment less than the original amount stated. It only took them 16 days, 11 emails, and a glorious review on trustpilot! I stand by my statement this company scams you into believing you're going to have a quick smooth transaction and receive a timely payment and none of that is true. You're better off taking your gift cards to a local pawn shop or using ANY other gift card exchange program because this one is garbage!!! Now Cashify come sue me for that defamation, because I have all my records thar everything I've posted is 100% correct......don't like what you see then make changes within your company and quit threatening to take legal action against people for calling out your false stated business advertisements just to lure people in!

Its been 30 days+ now after they cleard my GC and still no follow up email about my payment. MY Reference Number is: CGC-545211976. I just dont understand how the business is run as it clearly states that after 8 hours you will get and update. Not a good way to run a business. It's getting to the point where i think the authorities will be involved as this is complete fraud. U may have gotten one over me but remember every one can and will be found. I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED! I feel like such a moron. I actually read quite a few reviews on here before using the site and made the mistake of thinking everything would be okay. It's not okay! It has been more than a week since I submitted my gift card and they don't even have my correct PayPal information to pay me yet! I made the mistake of autofilling the form and it inserted my address instead of my email for PayPal. I immediately contacted them to let them know and James responded saying he'd "look into it and get back to me." That was 6 days ago! Since then I've tried using the stupid and worthless CHAT feature countless times and I actually have no clue why it's even there because it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I've also sent many emails but haven't heard anything!

Submitted my kohls gift card over 24 hours ago for payment. Was advised I would receive info within 8 hours. Funds have been removed from card. Reference # CGC-756845926 name is Rosa Turner. Willing to be paid through PayPal if cash app does not work. Email on PayPal acct is what was used on my submission. I submitted my gift card to this website cause it was supposed to be the faster way to receive funds. I needed the money!!!! Will update review if money is received.

Edited: I just received the funds via PayPal for my Kohls gift card. I updated the review to 5 stars. I feel like they need to update that it might take longer than 8 hours to receive a response.

It has been well over the 8 hours I have not received a response from these people I'm not sure if this is a scam I've not gotten anything from them I've left several messages and I've sent several emails and I've got nothing no response at all I do not recommend these people for anyone to use is selling gift cards for cash at this time. But if payment ever goes threw I would gladly change my review because of its service. It's hard to find anyone to change gift cards for cash these days..

i have been waiting for a reply or response reguarding my money. the balance on the giftcard was 112.69 now it shows 0 and i didnt even get a email in 8 hours

I am still hopeful that I can give a better review. This is regarding CGC #408405449. It has been a few days past the 8 hours they originally emailed me. My balance of the giftcard was wiped out immediately. Yet, they have not answered any of my emails and their "chat" is unavailable.

The only reason I did this was because I really need the money.

Update: they paid $156. They really need to improve communication. Website is misleading at best.

I submitted my ebay gift card to be sold. Waited 8 hrs after receiving the email with my confirmation number. Never got another email or the money for my card. Just happen to check the balance and all the money was gone. Tried numerous times to talk with someone, left many emails to customer service but no replies? Well a couple days later i finally got my money, thanks. Hope the system gets back running properly.

It’s been 4 days now since I submitted my card funds have already been taken it says 8 hours that’s not true AT ALL I’ve sent a email yesterday and got a response fairly quickly with them saying we’re looking into it and will get back to you SHORTLY still haven’t received any email (CGC-386652649)

Update sent my PayPal they aren’t doing cashapp or Zelle payments some issue they said so let’s see how long this takes 🙄

I have not been paid for a card I gave them a week ago and they haven't responded to any if my emails nowhere did I read $50 minimum and they gave me an offer so I assumed they would honor their offer but apparently they dont

Day 4: After 4 days, I have finally been paid for my gift card(s). First transaction went smoothly. The second one, not so much. With that being said. Very unprofessional company! Overall Rude! I was nice as can be and still the response in turn was rude, disrespectful, and uncalled for.

They have no problem taking the money off the gift card within hours but it can take days to get paid. I was lucky enough to get paid. As you can tell from others, many have been less fortunate.

They call the customer a scammer, yet we can post and show everyone when they paid us. They berate you for no reason. And they’re clearly in the wrong. Have some respect for your customers. Be honest!

I would give them 1 star for their overall attitude and conduct. But I did receive my money, so I will give them a 3.

I am now using this service for the second time, and given that i was paid the first, I know it is not a scam….. HOWEVER, you will not be contacted back during the 8 hour window like they say, you likely will never be contacted or paid, until you leave a review here. This seems to be the only way to get their attention, including emailing support, and trying to chat with someone on the website (there is never anyone available even though they show online).

My reply to you: I do apologize for not posting an update sooner. However, i do feel its a valid review, and people deserve to know what to expect. You are lacking a level of professionalism that would be expected based on your website. It seems more like a group of people who are doing this as a small business rather than a big company- which is fine, however, you should set reasonable expectations for the speed of payout, and the fact that no one ever replies until a review is posted. Feel how you want, but just because i was paid, does not negate my poor experience with you/this company. Also, no worries… I will be using CardCash or somewhere more reputable, next time around. Have the day you deserve!
