I haven't submitted my gift cards yet. I'm kind of 50/50 on if I should or not there's no many complaints but if you scroll back further it looks like they had great customer service before. I'm in a bit of an emergency n I need these funds as soon as possible to pay a copay for my daughters surgery.... I'm just afraid I'm going to sell it and get nothing for weeks and nor have anything to fall back on. Is there any way I can guarantee a quick payout?

The most unprofessional scamming sorriest company EVER
It has now been month since we got scammed and robbed by this company. We still haven't received the payment. They have been reported to the BBB. And I have signed representation papers for the attorney to take over. We may have to wait a little while longer but in the long run they could have paid us the 71.00 they was supposed to pay and now they are going to end up paying out thousands. This is the most unprofessional, scamming, sorriest company I've ever dealt with.

It had been over 2 weeks since my gift card was redeemed and I still have not received my payment or any kind of response?! I have emailed and tried to reach out through chat, why are you not paying me for a card that you redeemed over 2 weeks ago?
You sent it to a bitcoin address that you were informed not to send to and we even had emailed about it and was confirmed that you would send it to my PayPal, this needs to be addressed and corrected please

I posted a Lowe's gift card over a week ago and got the usual your form has been submitted you'll receive an email in about 8 hours with further instructions. Waited no email checked every possible place it could go. 4 days later I figured I would go ahead and use said gift card since no one was going to buy it. When I got to the counter to pay my gift card balance was 0. So where did my $62.40 go? I reached out to them by email after I realized the chat does not work and 3 days later they tell me they'll look into it. Now another 2 days and nothing. I even asked for an update. Is it legal to just take people's gift card balances? Some people, like me, were counting on that 57 or so dollars that I was quoted to begin with. Unless there is some progress made today, like my payment, I'm going to find out what authorities to report this too, because theft is theft correct? This company should be more transparent about their business practices, because even though they suck they could at least be honest!!!
Update to my review 05/10. I did finally get my payment processed yesterday afternoon after 3 additional emails which no one answered. When I did get one it was to tell me that it had processed with Bitcoin even though I never gave out my wallet info. So to answer your snide comment about did I check check my card, no actually I didn't because you told me it was going somewhere else I have to commend you on the email admitting you had made a mistake. That's one point in your favor. If you would have communicated with me from the start like you claim you're going to I might upgrade my review to decent. Or even if you would have responded to my emails and updated me that you'd get to me as soon as possible, that you were short staffed or had a large clientele but I was on the list to be answered when you could. I would have been happy, but the only response was an email from your legal council threatening me with defamation of character because I didn't immediately jump on here and say you'd processed my payment lmao, I swear the nerve of some people smh. So here it is they processed my payment on 5/09/2924 a meer 10 days after I submitted my request on the 29th of April, even though you didn't process it in the time your company advertises it does or the way the claim it will be processed, and you weren't transparent on when my funds would be taken, and you didn't communicate with me at all until I started complaining and threatening authorities. So of all the aspects of a company id refer someone to, trustworthy, easy to use , communicates wonderfully, and is up front about everything, all I can say about you is you finally processed payment. That should satisfy you about the defamation of character issue because everything I've said is completely true and if don't want to deal with people like me and all the other people whose reviews I've read be a better company! Be honest and straightforward, and always COMMUNICATE!

When ever I said if I didn't get any help then and only then I would do what you would even do in my situation to get back your money. Its like me saying I'm a single father with a daughter and no ride or job because I can't get my car fixed and getting this money is my only way to get back on track. I SUBMITTED A $50 ulta gift card
So I'm changing my review because they did eventually pay me. However, it took over a week. The funds were taken off my card tho on the first day. So for 7 days I sat wondering if I was gonna be paid or not. WHY WOULD i lie? WHAT WOULD BE MY PAYOFF FOR THAT? ALSO, the website says that they don't process cards under $50, but they sure took the rest of my gift card even tho there was only $30 on it. I wish I would've went thru someone else. Definitely wasn't worth it.

One month...
I had sent in an Ulta card for $55. I tried to e-mail them and basically received generic responses. This was A MONTH ago and still NOTHING! My reference number was CGC-296788581. No money, no response. And I recently inquired about said card for a refund or information, at least, about the card/transaction and still nothing. A month is a long time to be holding my money...
EDIT: The name was Jimmy Trevino.
And my paypal email is the same one I used on my requests.
2nd EDIT: After writing this review I emailed them asking about both transactions. Still nothing on ULTA, and while they never responded about the Nike card information ( even a simple, "We are waiting on our buyers" or something) I did receive the payment a few days later.
Overall, they're not as fast as they claim to be, but I don't think it's so much them as their buyers.

They finally paid out after 3 weeks when it clearly states 24 hrs to get my cash, and it took me having to put in a bad review for them for them to even get back at me. The funnest part is after they paid out they sent me an email threatening me that I was bashing their name on the Internet and if I don't take it down they will do something about it. Well, first off if u keep to ur words no one would be bashing u on the net and second it's called a review. All I said on this review was true up till I finally got paid but it was due to this review that I finally got paid. When I emailed you the first 2 times nothing came out of it. You only replied back to me through this review. I'm not sorry and people should not go through you guys because ur advertisment is a lie and your company is not trust worthy. The people that work there are not professional at all. I have seen the response back from ur company to other customers review on this site and it's ridiculous and uncalled for when clearly you guys are in the wrong so this is me being nice about my true honest opinion of your company!

update: they contacted me in email and paid me by Bitcoin. I had requested cash app but they said they couldn't do that. I got a few dollars less than I was quoted for the card. I'm happy that they didn't steal my money but overall I cannot recommend this service. I don't appreciate the way the transaction was handled, claiming 8 hours turnaround and taking the funds off the card with no communication.

on april 25th i gave a 100$ vanilla card with receipt , i was quoted for 92$ my reference is CGC-003552583 . Cashify took out the 100$ balance from the card immediately. I was using this site for the first time. Had a $55.00 Nike gift card and still didn't receive my money and like others my gift card now has zero balance. I never got confirmation email to confirm that my card was accepted nor did I hear back from customer when I emailed them either. Terrible first experience and terrible customer service where is my money and why can't anyone get in touch unless they leave a bad review.
