They happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawal they won’t pay you. It’s a scam please don’t use this site.
I Spend £1200 they never asked for anything so cash out £228 I was asked to provide documents wich I did yet still they haven’t paid me my cash out although I am fully Verified on top of that they have closed my account. On their online chat all they say is please allow more time. Never had such a bad experience with any casino. This is just scam don’t recommend this site to anyone

Terrible company. Totally avoid!! After multiple deposits I finally won some money back. My account suddenly gets terminated and all winnings confiscated. Worst casino I have ever tried. DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!!

This site is an absolute scam deposited no end amounts of money into the account but when it comes to the withdrawal they just keep fobbing you off , DO NOT USE THIS SITE you will not get your winnings!

I had been using this site over a year an honestly no complaints, til recently. I won large amounts and withdrew over course of two weeks in parts, as you can only withdraw a weekly limited amount, found on my third withdraw they sent email saying I can no longer use my bank as they claim my bank had the issue, to which they credited back into my casimba account, seemed strange as I had always used that bank for withdrawals. I then switched to another bank and have seen withdrawal has not been made and money is no longer in casimba pending? Curious to see if another email will be sent, and casimba account credited back again, which is pointless cause if I can’t withdraw then what the heck lol. So leaves me to wonder if this is their way of not paying out, even though over such a good course of time I previously had no issues with them. Gutted, time to quit I guess! lol

Been playing for a few weeks. Suspiciously low bonus wins compared to the same games on other sites, that’s when and if you actually get a bonus…will rip through your funds in no time. Avoid.

Bonus rounds don't guarantee a win (I've just had 300 plus spins to get to the bonus round and won €1.90, on another site)
But that's OK at least you're hitting the bonus rounds and feel like you have a chance

I've been playing here since August last year won a few times at the casino small amounts from £100,£300 both in September and was in my PayPal within 24 hours was on the 22nd February this year I won 600£ on a 40p spin on a slots, so I played for a little then made a withdrawal of 400£ left my balance at £200, played with it a little then withdrew final £100 making total of £500 from a £100 deposit so I was up £400 taken about 48 hours for my funds to come through but they came through alright.

Documents: At first I didn't supply them and the 1st two withdrawals went through fine. The last two I was asked to provide documents which I did and they were approved within a few hours so no issues there.

Bonuses wise I've completed 2 wagers but doesn't really amount to much as it's quiete hefty 70x if you respect the bonus terms and conditions which most people do not and they complain about it that's your fault for not reading the terms of their bonuses.

Games they have huge variety to chose from and their games all the pay the same as other sites.

Overall this site is genuinely Genuine and I trust to play here and will continue to.

It’s one of the worst casinos , you don’t win anything and when you do get winning they are slow to pay out. Lodgements are ok but withdrawal you need documentation..customer service is all sweet but only sugar coating ..as they don’t help

Unfortunately, should have listened to other reviews. Won some money on ‘starburst’ but as it was being credited, the game crashed. Tried to get in touch with them only to find ‘my details couldn’t be verified ‘ although they send me emails every week. Closed my account on the same screen that they said they could do nothing as they couldn’t verify my account! SCAM or just useless either way, goodbye to bad rubbish

Closed my account due to a bad reviews I left about them. Made countless deposits Nd never won anything. Not even bonus spins. Proper scam this site. I contacted customer support Nd was told my accounts still open Nd that I need to use a different browser Nd clear my cache which I had already done. Not only that but tried it on 3 different computers Nd 2 phones Nd got the same results. Glad I nolonger have to watch my money go down the drain. Don't trust this site play elsewhere

I signed up and made a $100 deposit (and accepted the 100% bonus). I was lucky enough to play for two days and finally made it past the 35x requirement for the bonus.
I withdrew $2000 (yay me). I was so excited!
24 hours later this is the message I received from them.

My heart sank! I am so hurt and disappointed that a casino can legally do this.
There were so many other issues with not being able to play most games. I continuously got errors saying I couldn’t play in my country; however, it’s an Ontario site and I live in Ontario.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this site.
My next option is to contact the Gaming Commission and go from there.
Please everyone, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Wouldn’t trust this site been playing for 6 month don't spend much around 200 never bonus but when I wanted to live chat they said they can’t find my account very strange image if I won big and they couldn’t find my account with the right details because I checked even after uploading my drivers license so I closed it straight away not trustworthy to me and blocked my bank card please read reviews I don’t mind losing it’s not about that but this company seems bit of a scam
