I've been Very impressed with this site Till recently great games and easy too Withdrawal too although sometimes Slow . But recently they have Declined a couple of Withdrawals 1 for £500 . A lot money for me . I've been using the same banking and payment Methods and the bank are fine with any deposits I put in. . so it must be from CasinoLab side . Once the Withdrawal gets Processed I'll change my review to a good one . I spoke to the bank and they accept all payments all Payments into the bank . I ended up doing a bank transfer Withdrawal for almost £500 and it got paid into my bank today . So happy days and I will be happy to do a transfer again. If there is a problem. I love the Game and diversity and the staff are always helpful to

Still waiting for my winnings after 8…

Still waiting for my winnings after 8 days. I have tried contacting them. Emails get ignored and the live chat tell you the same thing over and over again just copy and pasted. Looks like this site is just scamming people taking and taking and never paying out! I have emailed like they said I’m there response and still no reply!!

Scam site that doesn’t allow you to withdraw winnings

I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for the past 14 days with no success. The live chat is useless — you just get the same copy-paste answers every single day. When you email them, surprise surprise, you get the exact same copy-paste replies as in live chat. There is no way to actually get hold of a real person. They claim withdrawals are processed within 3 days, but that’s a complete lie. Avoid this scam site

PROCESS MY WITHDRAWS TODAY!!!

Update: 02.10.2025 Recieved one of 3 pending withdraws! Why the other two are not processed??? Why as well instead of paying me 500£, you payed me 554.78€ that is equal to 480,89£ with 20£ less than my withdraw amoun!!!!??? Process my remaining two withdraws!!!

01.10.2025 my 3 withdraws totaling 1500(500each) are still under review... Upon contacting them via the chat they lied that are processed but I have screenshot proof that they are not!!! I am waiting for them for 8 days by now!!!
I regestered to that casino February this year. Deposited more than 10 000£. Never won anything.. Eventualy I won 3000£ 23.09.2025 and requested to withdraw them. They said that I can withdraw only 500£ evry 24 hours with a maximum of 3 pending withdraws. Today is 30.09.2025 I have 3 pending withdraws and they are outside of the time frame of 3 business days as per terms and conditions!! Now I am waiting and will keep updating here if they payed me or not! I will start looking for legal ways to resolve the problem with them! If I do not get my winnings to my bank account, will open a fraund case about all the transactions that I made from the begining of openning my account! They already cancel my first withdraw once stating that my bank cancel the withdraw regarding the fact that they never process the withdraw to my bank on first place! The customer service repeat the same lies over and over again! Emailed them as well they do not repply!! Charges of deposits appear with diffrent names on different platforms in different currencys as well to be harder to be tracked!!! If i do not recive my money in the next days or two I will open a FRAUD case with my bank! And will contact the relevant authorities in the United Kingdom!!! WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful site

Absolutely disgraceful site, happy to take the money straight away but when it comes to giving it back it’s no where to be seen, I’ll never be playing this shocking site again, steer clear of this non legal money taking shit site. I had $1900 and they just never let you withdraw. Honestly you bunch of people deserve to lose all your money and know how it feels. Pathetic

AVOID AT ALL COST

Be very very careful with this Casino they are organised gang illegitimate Casino they pray on vulnerable people and steal from them. They won’t close your account even if you ask 100 times and today I’ve made a withdrawal of £700 with no reason it was canceled the excuse given is that technical issue they want to TEMPT YOU to gamble again until you lose everything. The games are good but unfortunately…

The games are good but unfortunately withdrawal process is extremely exhausting as it takes far too long.
They say it takes between 3-5 working days but I’ve been waiting for more than 3 weeks. Everyday I have been sending them emails and it’s the same generic response every time. They just prove to not value their customers, they just want you to cancel your withdrawals and re gamble your money to then lose it all.
Would definitely not recommend opening an account with them.
