I have nothing to say good about this shit casino this …

I have nothing to say good about this casino. They constantly lie about the status of your withdrawal. All they want you to do is cancel your withdrawal. Waiting weeks and weeks for my money, just stressss, please beleive in all the bad reviews, because they are all correct, and stay away from them 😡😡😡

Update still waiting, we are now on the 17!07/25 and still. I am getting the same exscuses that there has been a delay with payment due to lots of withdrawals at the same time.

Still haven't received my two withdrawal. Still same exscuses that my payments are delayed you to lots of withdrawal at the same time, same exscuses everyday, i will update when o receive them (if that ever happens)

Still haven't recevied my withdrawal of £500 and £500, still saying the same exscuses, they must have escalated it 7 times to this so called finance department. All this casinolab does is cause stress to its players, which turns out from having fun to being a NIGHTMARE

Still waiting for my money, apparently i am on the last review (just a different exscuse now) i want give up untill i have received my withdrawal! Fingers crossed its soon, not gonna hold my breath 🙄

I have received one of my transaction, why they couldn't have given me both at the same time! Now just trying to get the last one, which is proving to be as hard as getting the one before , i have been waiting over 3 weeks and still getting the same generic answer.

UPDATED : received all withdrawal, it was hard going but got there in the end, now asked for them to close my account!!!!

I am giving one star because I want to…

I am giving one star because I want to write the review. This is a scam casino guys. I did my research and these guys are vultures. I won £20000 and these guys couldn’t believe it.
They first delayed my withdrawal and then Blocked my withdrawal as well.

They just want people to put in money and they can’t pay because this is a very small casino and they don’t expect anyone to win. Even after Dozens of emails nothing is resolved and I still have £10000 in my account which I can’t withdraw.

I highly doubt they have legit support staff.
Don’t fall in their trap, they have 1 star rating for a reason.

I wish I could upload my screenshot of the homepage but there is no option

They've really let me down

I've been such a fan of this casino for such a long time and have played with their sister sites and never had an issue withdrawing funds. Yes it takes a long time, but usually you do get your money. This time though, 9 days and still no sign of funds. Absolutely gutted, they don't realise the stress and anxiety it causes. I was always a big fan but finding it hard to believe I'm ever going to get my money

I requested£1,300 on 15/05/2025 and I haven’t received it.

I requested£1,300 on the 15th May 2025, it’s now the 27th May 2025. I have not recieved my money into my account. They said it’s been sent on their side & GumblePay is the payment provider, shouldn’t my bank be? As I requested it through my Visa card? They keep saying they’ve escalated it to the financial department and that they will email me. It’s nearing on 2 weeks and I haven’t received the money. My bank says there as been no attempts of money going into my account. This is shocking, unfair & wrong. I’ve emailed them, I’ve had emails saying I need to be patient. I’ve been patient for nearly 2 weeks.

Only rating 1 star as it is impossible to rate lower. Take your money freely, even let you win funds into your account but God forbid you try to withdraw them! They will continually tell you that your service provider is cancelling the withdrawl and not send you any of your winnings. I have been aware of this company and constantly arguing with them for my winnings for over 3 months and inside that time they have changed their name 3 times and changed the bank they use several times, they have head offices in Malta and SHOULD be covered by the Malta gambling commission BUT all information I could find suggests they lost their license! Good luck getting any of your money back of these scamming bastards!

casinolab1 does NOT want to verify accounts with money

I would like to describe how casinolab1 works when you have funds available so that future players can take this into account before depositing money. Everything was going well until they made you verify your account. The process started on February 28th and is currently, as of May 23rd, with everything requested being delivered, it is NOT verified. They do their best to make the process endless so you can't get your money back, and they always have something else to request. Bank statements detailing transactions and not specifying a timeframe so they can push you back and make the process longer. That's my experience to date. 3 months of verification and it continues, all so you can't withdraw your money.
I could give many more details, but I'm still waiting. Anyway, the day they solve the verification I'll say it.

I was playing speed roulette

I was playing speed roulette. I had my bet on the ball landed in number 22, a winning number. Then it showed after that it landed in number 19 a losing number. It was a total scam. This happened three times. One of the times it cost me £2160, I reported it. This was on Monday. Still nothing back at all.

Never had a problem

I know everyones experience is different but I can honestly say I've never had any problems with casino lab, I would wish the withdrawals were quicker but now I'm a VIP level 4 I get my withdrawals the following day, I have withdrawn small amounts and very decent amounts and has always been in my account by the next day, so my experience with them is 5 star, I really enjoy this site and the games on offer, So thankyou Casino lab for giving me no problems so far

I have withdrawn twice in the past , once in jan and then again in February. Both times my withdrawals were paid out the next day. However this time they just never paid out and kept making excuses up saying there is delays.
