Deposited 20 euro and won a little. Withdrew 30 euro and they paid 2 days later. No issues here. The only reason for 4 stars was the weirdness around wagering your deposit despite not accepting any welcome bonus, which I never do.

Do not use this site or the sister site - Mr Punter !!! I've never seen anything like this before- EVER !!!!!! So I won 300£ after reading all the bad reviews I knew that I will have to fight to get the money , so I played the games with them .Screenshotting every person's name and all the promises they made , they got scared , cause they knew I won't let them to get away with it .So on the FIFTH Day - I realised that someone tried to take 300£ from my bank account ( didn't work ) but seconds after that I actually did receive my winnings of 300£ That was soooo weird, do not register here , they are selling your data .

Still have not gotten a communication from casinolabs addressing my case of unpaid bets, unpaid Cashback, delaying withdrawals, errors and breachs in their own terms ( all complaints must be replied to within 10 days) as well as multiple other regulations
It's been over a month since I started this case
I want all of my deposits refunded as no successful withdrawals were ever made this is all stated in detail in multiple emails that casinolabs have ignored
They have after 32 days returned my unpaid bets and did not address anything else in my case or the case itself. I do not accept this at this stage and will push for my deposits to be refunded

Won a bunch of money after depositing, saw all the negative reviews here and got super super scared. Withdrawal takes 3 days but I got my first 750$ CAD. Still got a bunch more will continue to update here and increase my review's stars as time goes on.
Update was able to withdraw 2250$ from them at instances of 750$ with no problems!
No 5 stars because of length of withdrawal

Registered and deposited today but deposit did not credit. I was told to wait 2 hours which I did, still could not see my deposit. I was then asked to send in proof that the deposit was taken from my bank account which I did and now the matter has been sent to the finance department for further investigation. All I wanted to do this afternoon was play a few casino games but all I have been doing for the last few hours is trying to locate my missing deposit! AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A CASINO! CASINOLAB IS NOT RECOMMENDED!

Never even heard of this company until they started messaging with "we have deposited £425 actual cash in your account". Really? I don't even have an account and it's a lie anyway. They claim they would double my deposit of UPTO £425.

I've got to be honest you do get your withdrawals but here's the big but. You're limited to your withdrawals. £7000 a month i was lucky enough to win 4 times this amount. So they're making me wait 4 months to withdraw it all and they keep mentioning " your vip level 1" so your limited oh and guess what its an automated system that they created but can't edit or override 🤣. They then said its so its fair for all players 🤣. Yes because not letting people withdraw a percentage of their funds is a good thing 🤣. So just be aware they won't change it for anyone and your going to be waiting along time for it so stay strong and don't gamble and give it them back because that's the only reason that rule is in place.

Absolutely the worst casino site I've had a privilege of signing up to. And I play about 14 different sites! This is the only casino I've had no end of problems with. They love giving you lots of promotions but if you accept them you won't be able to play any of your free spins. I spoke to customer service and been told games are under maintenance? I lean why would you put up a promotion with a game that's under maintenance who on earth has that little brain cells? This casino will just take your money. Avoid!

My problem with Casinolab1 is that they tell you that they have a responsible gambling page. But when you contact them they now say that you can't adjust your spending. It all has to be done bye email. It's against the law not to have a responsible gambling page. It's a shame I enjoyed the casino. But as always just another scam to get as much money as possible and have no tools for people who gamble excessively. All in all stay away. Far better places to spend your hard earned money. Crooks

This is definitely a scam. I seriously advice pls do not register with them. They charge you per transaction, on top I won 3 thousand pounds. 7-8 days they made me suffer, didn’t let me with raw , I lost 3 thousand plus 2 withrawls I made for 500 each. After just giving us on them I had to withdraw as if you playing with them there is no other option other than loosing. Unless u loose all your hard earned money. They just don’t let you do anything with the money. It’s a show money, unless u have patience to wait for a month to get 3k.
I made three 500 pounds withdrawals and 3000 in my wallet. But then i woke up that even if I make 100k it’s gonna be useless.

As previously mentioned deposited £50 won £100 on blackjack, haven’t received winnings or the original stake even though the bet was won. I was told they are experiencing problems with blackjack and are having to pay people out manually however my bet was place 25 days ago, when on live chat or writing a previous review I have been told to email the live support team which I have done multiple times, they don’t reply or will reply saying your request is being processed. I also have given all information in the betting history to make there jobs easier and yet 25 days later I’m still told to be patient. I can’t actually get a hold of someone who will talk to me on what’s going on whether I’m getting my money payed out. I would not recommend using this platform as at this point they have stolen my money. Update been 40 days now and still haven’t received my money despite there reply to this review when contacted was told once again my case had been escalated. The case must have been escalated all the way to heaven with the amount of times they have “escalated” my case

I have some pending balance on my account and they don't allow to withdraw it.
On chat support they say email support team but they never answer.
On last email i requested them to withdraw but they only said to me your account its closed.
Dont play in this website if you dont want to loose your money.
Only they allow to withdraw if your earnings are lower than deposits.

Absolutely horrible system!
There’s a limit to what you can withdraw “depending on your level” which I didn’t even know there were levels?
You can only withdraw ONCE every 24 hours and can only have 3 active withdrawal requests. So if you win big like I did, have fun waiting weeks to get your funds. For each request to be processed you have to wait 3 days.
I have had 2/3 requests been cancelled by their finance team and the customer support is absolutely useless! I’m in Australia so been very difficult to get any sort of support or solutions! Just keep getting told to wait really!
