Avoid at all costs. Never deposit money in Casinolab or Wildrobin

I would suggest people to check trust pilot before depositing money into this casino because these guys are scammers. Everything said in their website is false information. You can deposit as much as you want and when it comes to withdrawal, they never process it. I have been waiting for a withdrawal for 3 weeks and if anyone reading this let me know how I can make an official complaint.

Another thing to add, is there is another website called Wildrobin which looks eerily similar to Casino lab and support says the same thing. So, beware of Casinolab and Wildrobin

These cowboys are a disgrace- avoid at all costs. They have no regard for problem gamblers and don’t close your account when you’ve asked them. They don’t honour any promotions whatsoever so there’s no way withdrawal will be easy. You’d have to be mad to deposit with these charlatans in my opinion.

Still ignoring my requests to close my account and delete my data. Continues to harass me via texts trying to get me to deposit. Emailed them four times now and nothing. Live chat facility continues to tell me to carry on emailing them despite me saying I already have. Then it cuts me off. No means to unsubscribe either, just tell me email them to manage my own data . Absolutely shocking.

Wonders never cease..

Well, well, well, wonders never cease, 2.15am March 29th I made my first ever withdrawal request for £400... the days passed.. 2.15am April 3rd I contacted customer services, I stated that they claim to complete withdrawals within 3 days, I'd now been waiting 5days but my withdrawal request status was still saying 'requested', they did reply really quite promptly to be fair, saying there was a delay with my request but they were working on it. Obviously Alarm bells start ringing at that point, i assumed it to be one of those usual ambiguous, rip-off replies so i checked them out on here(TrustPilot) n all I found were more things to worry me.. however, to my complete suprise, at 7.20am April 3rd my £400 withdrawal was in my bank account, At this point in time, i wouldn't give Casinolab 🌟 🌟 🌟.. I'd actually like to give Casinolab 🌟🌟🌟.5.. in my opinion, they are a bit slow but I did get paid so fair play Casinolab. However, I've noticed other reviews saying they've had restrictions put in place regarding withdrawals of anything over £400, so we shall see if they give me problems in the future, but at the moment, I'm relieved to have been paid my £400..

Illegal Casino

Scam Casino!

They don't follow UK gambling laws. They don't allow you to instantly exclude, close account or do time outs.

They allow you to spend processing withdrawals, which was banned a while ago, and take days to process withdrawals in this hope that you lose it all.

They have refused withdrawals for no reason.

Illegal site. Will be shut down soon.

Gambled over £3000 in around a month…

Gambled over £3000 in around a month and a half when I made a withdraw for the first time it was over the weekend so it wasn’t processed as you all know the addiction of gambling got the better of me and I spent all my winnings back in which was around £800 a small fraction of what I deposited. After I lost this I requested my account be closed 12/3/25 and to this date my account still hasn’t been closed. I am self excluded from gambling due to have a gambling addiction which I told casino lab about and told them this is why I want to close my account with immediate effect. To which the sent me offers every day dragging my back in and allowing me to spend another £750.

Zero duty of care to the customer. I emailed over 15 times to close my account with no reply. I also spoke to live chat 5 different agents who said to email which I said another 5 times but my account is still active.

If this isn’t resolved in the next week I will be taking it to gambling commission because this is against everything they stand for. Zero protection for the customer.

DO NOT USE THIS CASINO they have scammed me out of alot of money they wont let you withdraw instantly and limit you to the amount that you can they also make you wait for over 48hours to ( assess your withdrawl) which it only the start of the process the games give you the odd good pay out then completely drain the money that it lets you win i feel this site is a scam they are rude and dont help when contacted and 99 percent of the time the live chat does not work

Didn't even want to rate it 1 star, this website is a absolute joke, stay well away, every deposit made resulted in a loss, bonuses are a joke, the slots are clearly rigged to return as little as possible, supposed to be controlled by random number generators and operated fairly but clearly this is not the case. If you do win and choose to withdraw they long it out and constantly remind you of cancelling the withdrawal, what kind of website gives you free spins then requires you to wager it 40x. Given the amount I deposited, the free spin wins should just been added to your balance, there not free spins at all if you have to wager them a ridiculous amount of times, minimum withdrawal is 100, I got my balance to 97.50 then conveniently all the slots went dead, took every penny back, no wins no bonus just take take take. Just save your money and buy yourself something nice, because you won't win anything here.

SCAM stay away from them

Hmmm sorry I can't give zero stars. I keep getting text messages from them saying I won a few times (£400 &£1100) and why I am not claiming my winnings.
However if you go to their link you need to register to get £450 bonus and 200 free spins. Tried to tell them I have no account but their robot live chat breaks connection when the heat is on.......not once but three times !!!!!

Proper shocking I won some money on Saturday apparently we have to wait until the next working day for my winning to start processing then I was told it would take three working days when I reached out after waiting three days I’ve been told that my bank isn’t allowing not accepting the payment but when I phoned bank I was informed that no casino has tried to pay me I should of stayed betting At memo casino them guys are awesome avoid CasinoLab at all costs update I got my payment two days late but I got it 👍

NOBODY SOLVES THE PROBLEM, SCAMMMMMM

it is a real SCAM, I have been claiming for more than a month to be paid 165€ credited in winnings and they tell me that they are studying the case. I have written a previous review here and they say that they are studying the case, like all the reviews that people write about these real thieves. They still have the delicacy to answer, (I guess it's a boot) saying that they are studying the case. Yes, but the fact is that nobody has paid me.

If the fault is ours for trusting a site like this, where they make the payments in Nigeria and on top of that they have your details. I repeat that the fault is ours but if anyone reads this that does not occur to him to deposit a cent in this scam.
