DONT DEPOSIT AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have picture evidence of an agent telling me the games are rigged, wasted 3 hours in chat with the agents for them to not fix the wrong information another agent had given me which led to me getting 20 free spins not 150 free spins, they absolutely would do nothing and wouldnt even awknowledge there wrong.

I find it really weird how they hold…

I find it really weird how they hold your withdrawals for 48hours but weekend doesn’t count. Let’s say you win on a Friday your deposit won’t be processed until the next tuesday and they leave the amount you withdraw available to gamble. This is really predatory business. I am also pretty sure that they lower your win rate after a big win. When I start playing in this casino I would get bonus scatter wins somewhere around every 25-30 spins. Now it’s like every 400 spins or so. This business is scammy and you should stay away from them. Literally money drain

worst casino

The worst casino, do not deposit money. When you withdraw, they hold your money, which they ultimately do not want to send to the account from which you make deposits. If you happen to win... you can wait a week for payment. The arrogance of the employees who are supposed to work for the players and help - you will never learn anything. Promotions for VIP players stop working. Truly the worst casino. You need to stop playing it!

Playing there over 10 years

Playing there over 10 years. They were great in the beginning but have really started to slip. One would think if someone plays every day and had always been top tier in their rewards program and has never withdrawn but has played hundreds of thousands if not over the million you wanna cater to them with near anything but nah you get pretty much nodda. Just lame. Find a casino with better rewards and quicker payouts.

So on October 18th I wrote a review about casino rewards and their treatment towards me in regards to my account. I received a reply October 21st asking me to reach out through their customer support via email so that they can investigate this matter well this is the response they gave me which is what I said earlier, a generic response.

Anyways it's like I expected I received the same answer over the last year. As far as their reasons behind why my account is suspended it's ridiculous I've made withdrawals deposits risked my own funds quite a bit of my own funds and still nothing so if you want to play with them be very careful I wouldn't recommend it at all.

I have been trying to find out when casino rewards sites implemented player behavior recognition algorithm conttols as it's really changed the gameplay all together, it's no longer the same as playing video slots at the casino, it's no longer chance it's a battle against Ai in my case every time I make a complaint my experience gets worse and my ocd makes me stubborn and a gluten for punishment and stupid enough to not leave these sites. Even if you win you won't get paid

After finally winning 900$ I tried to withdraw the winnings, but have had no luck in doing so. They won't deposit it into my account that I use to put money in, because they claim they don't think it's my account. Scam Site.
I sent a void check 5 times and you kept asking for one. Further delaying a payout. Why I could deposit with my account but not withdraw is beyond me.

BEYOND UPSETTING.

It took me months and months.. playing the same game I've always played..till finally with enough pleading with this casino..for so fairness that I finally started get some great, decent reels. Well that was short lived.! You know..the free spins finally started to trigger for me. You would think that's awesome news right? Nope.! Set after set..all duds.! 🤨
I can't believe that every set I triggered only payed $25 and under. All day today..all day yesterday. Now, to the untrained eye..this looks amazing. No.! When your bet amount is $4 per spin..that's not amazing.! 😑
Each spin that wins, the multiplier goes up. Yet I triggered the safes and get my spins..and on $4 bet it still keeps paying $25 and under. I am no computer forensics expert but when the same pays keep happening..over and over..that's a little bit fishy to me. I am not wasting anymore of my money in here. This is become way, way to unfair. Random just can't.! Produce the same bad outcomes on games that have multi reels, with hundreds of symbol combinations. I have asked over and again to have my…

I have asked over and again to have my account deleted, and they confirmed that they had deleted it, but today I received an email stating that my credit card info needs to be updated. Also, they continually call/text the mobile phone number I gave them, which is not mine. I am fed up with casino rewards harassment and underhandedness.
