Frustrating & Disappointing!!
It was a good site to begin with, fast withdraws and very easy. But as soon as I won something big. There was delay after delay, same thing over again. I then got told to cancel my withdraw as the amount was too big, and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount this month. However, the withdraw amount is still pending and I’ve been following up getting the same answers (that they will make it a priority, and take it up with managment) but I’m still waiting. I’m having to follow up 3/4 times a day. Very disappointing. This site is happy to take your money, then as soon as you win something huge it becomes a mission to withdraw.

Have enjoyed all the games I have played. Small amounts were paid out within a hour, then I hit $400, $400, and a $1652. Took 4 days back and forth with customer support to finally get verified. Then told will be escalated to finance team and will hear back with a email from finance when it will be paid. But yet nothing. Little disappointing to have this happen as the casino is really fun. Absolutely appalling casino. Before I ever deposited money I made sure my account was verified the 3 times I’ve withdrawn only smaller amounts have taken about 12 hours to process but I just won a higher amount and was asked to re verify my account which I done almost immediately it’s now been 4 days and still nothing. The documents I uploaded still havnt been looked at and my withdrawal is still pending and it’s been 4 days. Everytime I email and ask them what’s happening they tell me they are having a high demand of verifications but let’s face is 4 days and still not even a slight update is crazy! I spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this casino and the one time I withdraw a high amount they ain’t responding or doing anything to process the payment. As of today I’ll be posting on my TikTok account that has 15.4 million followers warning everyone not to use this casino if they ever come across it because its absolutely unfair that they can do this.

Newly registered. Iv deposited successfully and player a few slots with no issues. Im now currently in the process of KYC verification and have a pending withdraw. This will be a good test to see how fast, Hassel free this whole process is. I used crypto which should be the fastest way to deposit and withdraw. Hoping this not to drag out. Verification was fairly simple and was approved within a few hours. withdrawal though is still in "pending" status after over 12 hours which is kind of discomforting... They have placed my account on a "Take a break" for 1 month without confirming with me i wanted to do that.
I have 2k balance in my account and i have been waiting 11 days for them to withdraw those funds as i cannot access it any other way.
Just keep getting told they are waiting for the relevant department to update them.
I have had to contact their gaming license authority just to help me in getting a resolution as they dont want to pay out my remaining balance since they locked my account without my consent.

I had an awful experience with Casiny Casino. I deposited $4,000 in just one week and not once did I see my balance or deposit double. The games have incredibly low RTPs and feel completely rigged. They claim to be fair and transparent, but it’s obvious there’s manipulation going on.
They’re not a regulated casino in Australia, and it shows. The so‑called VIP program is a joke, and their customer support is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with — rude, unhelpful, and showing zero remorse for loyal players losing large sums. After depositing $4,000, their “compensation” was 40 free spins worth 20 cents per spin. What an insult.
