False advertisement & incompetent systems
Joined because of the promotion of the bonus with 100% bonus for first deposit, deposited $500 but didn’t receive the bonus, couldn’t get in touch with the support, played the money I deposited waiting for the bonus to come through only to be told the bonus didn’t register, a system error and because I played the money I deposited the bonus could not longer be applied. Was offered nothing else but to deposit again and could receive a bonus but no on my original amount, was offered nothing more than an apology for my frustration like it was my fault and absolutely did not acknowledge their system’s fault. Closed my account, the site is a joke, I’m a VIP with Jokaroomvip and johnniekashking so will be sticking with these sites because never experienced an issue with them and certainly when I contacted for support they were helpful and stuck to what was promoted and advertised.
