We worked with Mark and Alex on a vision for a mobile application and portal. They represented that they ‘knew this stuff’ and ultimately produced a basic solution. Unfortunately, after supporting them for more than a year after the due date, they could not get the solution working consistently across contemporary mobile platforms or get the key functions of the application to work more than 50% of the time. The worst part was that they thought missing all dates was acceptable and that the solution was fit for purpose. Commercially, they’ve shown no willingness to reimburse us for the application despite it having no commercial value.
Mark and Alex are lovely guys but their work is of very low quality and they don’t stand behind it commercially.
