I make the 111 mile round trip to Dumfries as and when the hearing professional instructs.I have numerous hearing aid suppliers within 17 miles but I know with complete certainty that the hearing professional at Castle Hearing will get it right first time every time.First class, five stars all day long from admin to hearing well done to all concerned.
Customer service and aftercare is exceptional.
I have been a customer for over 6 years and cannot praise them too highly. Customer satisfaction comes before making money and that always shines through. Lifetime aftercare means that, and I have always been treated with respect and kindness.
I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone who has a hearing difficulty.
My husband went last September to this company to be given an appointment to come back on the 23/03/2021 phoned them today to check this out no appointment had been put in their diary for him as usual blamed the pandemic and they asked if it was necessary for him to come in if there was no wax in his ears as it meant them having to clean equipment etc what an attitude that’s why he had this appointment in the first place to have this checked out this company is not at all professional
Had ear impressions taking. I was advised that the impressions would get sent away and Castle Hearing would contact myself upon delivery of my hearing protection.
Over a month later and no contact. I have had to chase them up. My impressions have gone AWOL.
