Cannot recommend Catalina Spas highly enough!
Right from the start they made time quickly to show us around and advise on what would be most appropriate to our needs. We agreed on an ex demo and Carl provided a great quote and full support.
Amy and Laura always on the end of the phone for my endless questions!
A site visit by Stephen ensured that we could take the steps necessary to have installation without the need for the extra cost of a crane.
Installation day was tough and the team under John worked hard to protect our property as we got it round some quite tight corners!!
We had a small issue with the purple light showing red and John was round in a flash to sort us out.
I only wish that we had not already ordered our pergola as would definitely have gone with them.

We inherited a Catalina hot tub from previous owner. We didn't know who we should contact for servicing and missing cabinet key. Amy was so kind and helpful to answer my emails. Now we are enjoying the hot tub which is 10 years old but working very well. I definitely recommend this company.

I have not received the spa filters and…
I have not received the spa filters and there was no communication from the delivery company fed ex for me to be able to arrange delivery. This is very inconvenient as I work full time

Great service with quick responses
Great service with quick responses. Nothing was too much trouble when I rang to check if I was ordering the correct item. I was able to WhatsApp a picture and a link came back within minutes. Even able to help advise when I was having trouble installing.

Carry spares, but if you email asking questions will either not respond or just send generic links to 'what they have'.

Not Great.
The product was good when it eventually turned up but getting hold of it was something else.
Initially you forgot about our order until I chased it.I was then told it would be dispatched the next day.I was then told the product was discoloured and if I didn't want it you had nothing else in stock.
On deciding to proceed I was told it would be sent to me the next day.It wasn't.I then chased again and was told that the person I had been dealing with was on the sick and had failed to dispatch it or ask someone else to do so .
I eventually received it and it seems a good product but the customer service was woeful.I wouldn't use your company again.
