Just a quick tip: if you ever have a problem, fight for it and make a review because they will play on the seller side ALL THE TIME. I am suffering now, lost money and they are not even giving me a chance to get a refund. Now i have mo money, no product and no one is listening to me. Worst costume service ever. The seller can make another action. The money I saved for that does not come that easy but still, the dont give a F..k. Be ready do fight and for the worse. I wont recommend them to my worst enemy.

I shipped the item to the buyer
I shipped the item to the buyer, and it has already been successfully delivered and signed for. My account was then suspended by the platform.
I provided my contact information as requested and was told that someone would contact me regarding my case. However, it has now been 10 days, and I have not received any response.
Is the platform no longer planning to handle my case? I would appreciate an update on the status of my account and a resolution as soon as possible. If any additional information is required from me, please let me know.
