Absolutely terrible scam platform
Absolutely terrible scam platform.
I purchased a pair of earrings from Aura 1931 on Catawiki that were advertised as 18-karat gold. The listing specifically stated that the earrings had a gold hallmark. However, when the earrings arrived, there was no hallmark or gold stamp whatsoever, which did not match the description.
I contacted the seller and left a negative review based on my genuine experience. Instead of resolving the issue or taking responsibility, my review was removed very fast. Silencing legitimate customer feedback rather than addressing valid concerns is unacceptable.
My experience with Aura 1931 was extremely disappointing. I would not buy from this seller again or use the platform CATAWIKI again, and I would advise other buyers to exercise caution. If accurate product descriptions, authenticity, and honest customer service matter to you, think twice before purchasing from this scam platform.
