Digital edge is rubbish . Microsoft should be ashamed .

How this company are Microsoft funded is absolutely beyond me. The digital edge program is a total joke and I would expect some quality assurance if Microsoft genuinely think this provides any value to participants to educate or help them. The trainers are appalling, course content abysmal and candidates aren’t vetted. I do not recommend this and it is a waste of people’s time. Microsoft need to seriously sort their CSR agenda if this rubbish is what they stand behind as one would expect a quality certification and accreditation . These are not employability consultants at all . The coaches are basically people dragged off the street without any qualifications to deliver and are playing around with AI tools , chucking you into breakout rooms to complete meaningless tasks with zero specific outcomes . How this helps anyone get back to work with valued skills is entirely beyond me.

Employability is not a science

Employability is not a science, but other providers of guidance do share genuine expertise and conform to basic standards of behaviour. It would be cruel to provide too many details of the different ways in which Catch22 can fall short of ordinary expectations. Suffice to say that this odd company deserves some kind of inspection or audit.

Scam courses, terrible people and management

This review is coming from a student
TLDR: If you're going to be a student please don't waste your time on this course or provider they can't help you for reality of tough job market

Its another government funded scam courses with 0 accreditation when I was there as a student it only changed after my formal complaint regarding accreditation or certificates because I found the quarter of the students from the previous catch 22 course to new course in different college small world and they've all asked why did I quit? and they got certificates after my complaints which lead me to getting kicked out of the course for the excuse "severely disrupting the classroom with these question and actions"

The worst part not a single person from the course got hired for half a year or more because the course was bad to begin with, hastily rushed no name accreditation and the teachers had attitudes problems against tough questions regarding skills which are true on current tough job market no amount of soft skills can over come the hard skill requirement barrier but for some reason the teachers are fixated on reality that soft skills matter more than the hard requirements set by the employers

Like the other 1 star rated comment this company only punishes people for making critical claims against them and the toxicity problem is not only from teachers but also employees as well how predictable especially when they "doubled down with excuses and lies, refusing to take responsibility or address the issue" about their accreditation and passive aggressiveness in the course

Catch-22 is a disgrace - AVOID!!!!!!

Catch-22 is a disgrace, and the root of the problem lies squarely with its management team. The managers here are blatantly discriminatory, dishonest, and completely unfit to lead any establishment. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but downright shameful.

I witnessed and experienced treatment that made it clear they have no respect for fairness or inclusivity. They seem to operate with a toxic sense of entitlement, picking and choosing whom they treat decently while openly discriminating against others. When confronted about their behavior, they doubled down with excuses and lies, refusing to take responsibility or address the issue.

It’s deeply disturbing that a business would allow such individuals to represent them. Their dishonesty, lack of accountability, and discriminatory practices make it impossible to support Catch-22 in good conscience.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat people with the respect they deserve. Catch-22 should be ashamed of its management team and the disgraceful culture they perpetuate.

Working for Catch 22

As an individual looking for a job you should avoid this employer like the plague, they are a dreadful company, they treat staff poorly, expect you to work all hours, they are not willing to follow the processes, advice and guidelines given to them, when they decide you are not working as they say you should they manage you out of the business by any means possible fairly or unfairly, I feel sorry for the customers they provide their services to!!!
