process of refund for returned items is quite disappointing.
I would have given 0 star. First, customer has to pay for the return postage. second, refund for returned items is quite disappointing. long after I sent the return package and they signed for the delivery, there is still no refund and even not a word reply to my enquiry email, which is definitely rude.

The weekender bag is perfectly designed as packs away into the co-ordinating identical print cosmetics bag. Love ot and beautifully packaged in a reusable red and white candy striped box. Using the box to store things with in the attic 😂

Foldaway backpack
Recently I had purchased Royal Ditsy Foldaway Backpack- one size, unfortunately it is a poor quality wear it twice and I need to throw it away. Wrote to them, unfortunately there is nothing they can do. They advised me to contact the administrator. As you know the company went into administration, so they are not able to refund me or to exchange it as it was purchased with one day before 28/03/23.
