If I could have given them a -5, I would have. This company engages in "Deceptive Business Practices". The products on their website is not what you receive. I sent several emails and they refused to make things right. I finally filed a complaint with the FTC. I encourage others to do the same.

Ordered 8 items. Only 3 fits good. Sizes are not that precise as announced. My gf wear S. 5 items are too big. Clothes are fitted to match with big bust as on the photos.

Contacted company regarding return procedures via email 7/21/2021. To date, NO RESPONSE! Completely dissatisfied. Moving forward, less likely to patronize or recommend this company.

The so-called plus size tops and jeans were far too small and it’s impossible to return within the 30 days so she can’t get hold of customer services to get the address

I love my items but Express should be less than 2 weeks

They were very thin and see through. I paid way too much for the poor cheap material. Will not purchase again thanks

i was so furious when i got the package because the hair was shorter! it was scam and i hate it so much. never again. i’ll tell people not to buy it from your site.

My wig was fake it wasn't what the picture looked like is it like they used to picture from Amazon and when it got here it was not 20" it was not human hair or free part at all it was a mistake and I really wasted my money for that so I'm gonna need to speak to somebody about this

Shoes came in the correct colour and size. Comfortable to wear and beautiful

The order took 3 weeks to arrive. The clothes were very nice.

Order received in due timing. Stock quality not expected as seen on Web page. Don't think I will be reordering again.

I only ordered one dress, but it arrived in just over 1 week into the UK. It was nicely packaged and the dress itself is great quality and looks just like the picture. For me personally, I recommend

China oriented company offering bad customer service. They sent the wrong item, after talking two weeks, they advised me to ship it back for a refund. As they stated "they will cover shipment becasue its wrong item", they wanted post receipt too. After i paid for the shipment, they said they cant cover it and didnt refund.

So i paid original shipment, item and return shipment which are total of 21£ and now have nothing but 7£ refund.

Dont buy from them as they dont provide any customer support and they sent bad quality, chinese made items.
