Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend Carina to anyone struggling with knee pain. I came to Carina with a Patella chondromalacia diagnosis and pain in my knees during even the most basic daily movements. In 5 months (with about 1 training session per month), we managed to reduce my pain significantly while increasing the intensity of my exercises. I'm now even able to do weighted back squats with minimal discomfort!
Carina was always attentive and ready to help throughout the whole process. Now my training with her is finished, and I'm continuing to work on the exercises that Carina prescribed on my own. If you are trying to deal with similar issues, I encourage you to book a consultation with Carina.
