They cancelled my account one day saying that my credentials have been compromised... When it doesn't make sense since you can reset the credentials at any time.

It's a SCAM you have been warned! They will randomly cancel your service without any notification. I raised a ticket and was told my account seemed to have been compromised and has now been permanently disabled. When I asked for proof, and stated I'm using 2-factor authentication so if it was the case they would need a code to log in I was simply ignored! I suspect they just didn't want to honor the year I had left of the discount I initially had paid for. Extremely frustrating, don't use these lot!

I was using them for 3 years without issue and then one day they simply started blocking basic functionality. Like watching streams from VLC media player and seemingly most other desktop applications. Every single other service I've found allows this.
I messaged back and fourth for a few days on this and they eventually just closed the ticket without any kind of solution what so ever.
Do yourself and favour and avoid this company and good luck getting a refund from them if you do try it because the new payment method is extremely sketchy.

Haven't been sent the product . I emailed and used there whatsapp page and no reply. Claiming money back through PayPal

Been a client for a while... Renewed a week ago after checking with themthat their new form of payment through wert.io was ok. Money was debited from my account.
Finally after a week and having tickets closed several times. I still have no subscription while I repeatedly provided the needed details to their support.
Justin and Gareth, whatever their name, are playing ping pong with my case and no news for five days.

Took me to widget.wert for payment and asking to purchase in crypto payment. Never has issues in the past but this Sounds a lot fishy and suspicious. Luckily my bank blocked the payment. I would stay away and find alternative.

Don't buy from them. I bought a service and found out that is rubbish. The channels are slow and looping, awful for the eyes and was driving me crazy. Opened few tickets with them and every time the tickets were closed down without resolution. Eventually requested refund calling upon theirs 30 Days Money Back Guarantee WHICH IS LIE.
If you don't want to regret later AVOID at any cost.

They customer service is not helpful at all.
I tried to pay but they were not able to help me. I wrote number of time but no help at all.
So, I want to stay with them and pay but they did not care, so what tell, wish you all good but payment and customer service is nightmare....

Got my early renewal invoice the other day. went to pay it and transaction was unsuccessful with 2 cards on 2 devices. Phoned banks and both alluded to either CCC or Wert (payment handler) being flagged as a "fraud merchant" and no payment would be processed by either bank.

Contacted CCC and got reply with new invoice link, tried that, took me back to Wert which had by this point removed my account. Pointed this out to CCC and was called a liar because "that's not the link I sent you". Woke up today, new email from CCC, oh that was human error on our side, try this link. Tried it and guess what?, this link was a broken link and presented as "site cannot be reached". No surprise really when there is a clear error in the link address.
Waiting on a reply to that still.

Don't know whats going on with them this year, never had any probs like this previously. If they get back to me I'll give it one more shot to pay and if that doesn't work then I'm going to stop trying. Not worth the effort.

Just had reply to the broken link problem.
We've not heard back from you in 48hrs so were closing the ticket. (Despite my reply already)

Anyway, that looks like the end of my relationship with CCCambox. Plenty other options available.
