A very favourable substituted product
When the hard drive that I'd ordered wasn't available your staff did their best to contact me and then gave me a free upgrade to a larger hard drive that also met al my other requirements. I would have had to wait more than a month for Amazon EU to deliver one to me. Your delivery arrived three days after I'd ordered.
