I booked a follow up appointment, managed to make an appointment around my work. Again, great service, Lee was very friendly and knew what he was talking about- very happy with the service, all went well and our family are happy too.

Akn listened to what i had been dealing with and I felt he actually cared about solving the problem with the rats. he is immediately spotted some problem areas and has been great with giving me appointments that fit my schedule and has done a fantastic thorough job. Well done CCS.

They were very thorough and efficient, handled the situation fast without causing any disruption. Very good service and we are happy with how well they dealt with everything at our house. Especially the visits after to ensure that they had completed their job. Would highly recommend CCS.

What a wonderful company! I'd been plagued with mice for over a month. I contacted CCS and I dealt with a wonderful and reassuring assistant who arranged an appointment for me for the same day. The technician visited within a couple of hours and laid down poison, bait boxes, traps and blocked up entry points. Fast forward four days and I have not seen nor heard any mice. I am so grateful to this company. I can now feel comfortable in my own home and not be afraid of any unwanted visitors!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Would not recommend unless you want to be out of pocket.

Using CCS Environmental was extremely a good choice when they came twice to our business premises in London and got pest control job done, professional team, tools and documentation.

I used CCS Pest Control for spraying. They come out when I want them to. They also guaranteed their work. They were on time and very professional. They are very thorough and explained what they were doing and give advice.

We used CCS Environmental Pest Control who were really good, they came out the same day and treated our Mice problem with great results! The fact that if we needed a 2nd visit was covered in the price, which put our mind at ease as it would have been expensive to call out another company if we needed the problem solving again! They were professional and kept us informed of their time of arrival etc. We have been very happy with this company and we would use them again!!

Ccs are scammers at best
Who won’t rid you of your pest
They take all your cash
Then make a mad dash
And let you deal with the rest

All the new reviews are fake- a response to an influx of bad reviews. This company is not only a sham but also a scam

Very disappointed with the extremely poor pest control that CCS have provided. We have farmed for over forty years and have never had such big problems with rats until CCS took over our account from another pest controller who retired. Our former pest controller did an excellent job. We have now got both our tractors out of action due to rats chewing through wiring at a time of year when they are both needed for planting crops. Our CCS guy came out last week at our request as we were concerned at the number of rats we were seeing (this is despite his monthly visits). We checked the bait boxes the next day to find them all completely empty, so he didn’t refill them. We have just terminated our contract (the only termination we have been able to do).

This company are known to prey upon people by asking for a lot of money up front and then refuse to take accountability for their dishonesty. CCS are not affiliated with the British Pest Control Association so if anything goes south unfortunately your money will not be protected. Save your money.

They deemed our refund requests
Ignorable
Left us with a rat
And bad advice at that
To try and find the pest adorable

If you want pest free life on the horizon
Never hire these boys in
They lay out the bait
Never show the next date
For ccs is the real poison

I had a problem with a rat,
So I called CCS off the bat,
They told me they’d try,
But that was a lie,
I should’ve just gone with the cat.
