If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. They are biased towards cellphone companies- they’ll offer you something then you’ll send back phones and not only will you not get reimbursed the cellphone companies will accept and keep your phones for months with no expected return date if we even get them back. Then the agent will tell you the case is closed and they will not respond further. Cellphone companies can dispute the findings but they won’t let you dispute it. The process took two years and we ended up more screwed after even thought we should have been getting an almost $2400 reimbursement (that’s after bell disputed it) and the CCTS will not hold cellphone companies accountable to their ruling. Disgusting, don’t waste your time you’ll just be shafted by them in the end.

Useless company

Useless company, waste of time, valid evidence and proof that the bell scams people, phone plan details and yet they always get away with it without any accountability

This institution has a 17 page process…

This institution has a 17 page process for taking a complaint and when you call them about not being able to speak to customer service of a telecom company they tell you it does not fall under they mandate. Go figure what value for your time is this organization provides. In my case, zero.

Do Not expect any help from the CCTS

Do Not expect any help from the CCTS. In fact they actually side with cell phone companies. At least in my case.
They do not even deserve one star. Contacted them in August due to a credit due to me by my cell phone company, Telus . Not only did they make me believe that their mission is to help customers with issues concerning bad service by cell phone companies, but in the end after believing they had been able to solve the issue and that any day now I would be getting my credit via the mail, but today they have sided with Telus who has cost me more charges than I should have incurred. Telus was to send me a credit for having cost me issues with overcharging, but that is now, a month later, not the case. Absolutely exasperating. I have since left Telus due to their service after being a client for 4 years.
