it take to much time untill u get ur keys and when u try to talk with them no one answer.....

I pre-ordered a Steam key for GTA V back in June.
I frequently sent messages to ask if they were sure they could deliver a Steam key, and they were always very quick to answer that it was definetely Steam keys.

And after it was clear they could not deliver a Steam key but a Social Club key, which I never wanted, I asked for a cancellation and a refund.

I asked sent two messages, two-three weeks apart, no answer.

Stay away.

I bought a preorder GTA V, with an option for Steam. It was changed for a rockstar shop, and I have been waiting 10 days after the order was canceled, and I am still waiting the refund,

No recommended. No service, no live help online. No support office

My friend referred me to this site but from the experience I had, its better going to ozgameshop.

I paid for FIFA 15 and 20 minutes later I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I attempted to make contact with them without reply for 5 days. I then logged a dispute with paypal and a few days later, paypal advised me that they have refunded the money.

Im sure there are many people who have received their game but if for some reason it gets cancelled, good luck getting your money back in a timely matter.

Promoted this site as affiliate, earned about 150 usd and asked for a payout and they just ignore me. If they dont respect their partners im 99% sure they dont respect buyers, so prepare to be ignored buying in this store... not recommended

I bought a sniper elite 3 steam key the payment was prosesed instantly but i didnt seem to find the key anywhere i wrote more than one email and suppot message and gues what... no answer this page is a total scam or at leas very iresponsable despite the good revews its a total scam!!

Attempted to order Sims 4 for my younger sibling but due to internet issues the order went through twice. Despite contacting the company immediately after the second order was made, the order was never cancelled and the message alerting them to the issue was never even acknowledged. After three messages and two weeks of waiting the payment has been taken from the account but no game has been received and no acknowledgement has been given. Absolutely ridiculous that we have paid for two games, when one was wanted, and received nothing and still being ignored.

I used this site a half dozen times to buy games. Then I pre-ordered a game from them in the middle of August. The game released on September 2nd, and I still haven't received my key. Tried emailing them about it, tried Facebook. Took a week to get a response telling me that everyone that ordered the game has received their copy, and then asked for my order number. That was three days ago. My order on their website still says, "Awaiting Staff Approval". I've taken the issue to Paypal, hopefully I'll at least get my money back. Beware, the site works great until you need some customer service, then you're screwed.

Prices are great, as far as CD Key sites go. Pity the delivery ruins it, was told I'd get my key in five minutes, several hours ago.

Still waiting for the GRID key that I ordered the 29th of june. After asking when the key would be sent, CDKeysDiscount answered that there were problems with stolen keys and that they cey would be sent the next day. It's now july 5th and there still is no key to be found. A new message to them asking for clarification and an eventual refund goes unanswered. Opened a ticket with paypal to get my money back.

Purchased Watch dogs and the order didn't go though but the payment did. So i sent a email though their support system and to my liking they replied in just a few minute with a key for the game. Great service and Support 10/10

I checked up some sites and i saw this site, quite cheap and according to the reviews it was trustable, so I tried it out.
I bought the gamekey at 1PM GMT+1, it's 9PM GMT+1 currently and i still haven't got an e-mail with the gamekey, at this given point i'm really losing trust as i dislike to wait long times for something that says it can be there in 5 minutes.

edit: got the gamekey, it was a crash within Paypal that actually made the payment slower.

I asked the support because I entered the dlc key before the game key and they answered within 2min and all was resolved very fast.

Good site and fast support. I recommend it.

UPDATE: received a new key within 20minutes, very good service, thank you very much!

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase from CDKEYDISCOUNT.COM. I only wish keys that you pre-ordered could be delivered sooner. For this reason I give a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.
