Actually they have ZERO customer service, I purchased the new Wolfenstein steam game from them and I did receive my key scan almost immediately however the key was already used by someone else per STEAM. I attempted to contact them via their customer support email and facebook and its as neither has anyone monitoring the sites beyond taking your cash. Don't purchase from this site as of this writing I have yet to hear back from them in any form. Terrible.

Delivered DS 2 key in 30 min, region-free as promised. 5/5

The only problem I had when I purchased my DS2 key was that the release date for the UK retail release was pushed back by a week, which had nothing to do with the website. But as soon as the UK version was released I got the code on the same day, and for a ridiculously cheap price at the time (£21.21 on release). As you can tell by the title, the code worked as soon as it was entered on steam. Other than a kind thanks to the guys at cdkeysdiscount.com for their amazing price, there's not much else to say, so thanks :) I will most likely purchase again sometime.

Like Logan Johnson, I bought their ESO Beta key which they had available on their site. We did not receive the key. Subsequently, the product was marked out-of-stock and we have had no response from customer server despite repeated efforts. I am extremely unhappy with my decision to patronize CDKEYSDISCOUNT and I can't recommend them to anyone at this point.

I was asked to update my review and provide evidence of my transaction by Trustpilot, which I have done.

Everything is sorted, Turned out it was an issue on my end.

Ordered the ESO pre-order 3 days ago and still havent received my key. I have tried emailed 6 or 7 times and not a single response. The whole system is shady and i will be disputing with PayPal. Bought the game at greenmangaming.com and got the key within 2 seconds, these people should learn a thing or two from them.

Bought Diablo 3-Reaper of Souls. as i checked out instantly received the confirmation mails. 30 secs after got the game cover and cd key .
so they announced 2-5 minutes and it took maybe 1, i would say its an amazing job and service.

Recomended.

I pre ordered diablo 3 reaper of souls at the beginning of march, i was charged straight away, but didn't get my key in time for launch (and haven't gotten it yet).
To make things worse, the site clearly specified that for d3 ros keys would have been sent 2-3 days PRIOR to launch, but then the description changed to "keys will be delivered 1 day before OR on launch date" when there was just a few hours left before launch.

Pissed me off because i specifically bought a key and not the boxed product to be ready to play on march 24th at 11:59pm cet. But i wasn't cause my key wasn't delivered yet. I might as well have bought a boxed copy somewhere else for cheaper and waited the shipping times.

Honestly, i would have canceled my pre order and bought the key somewhere else, but couldn't cause they had taken my money when i pre ordered already, WEEKS before launch. Which was also pretty cheeky on their part. Charging people BEFORE actually being sure to have the key to send in time.

All I keep getting is this textbook response

"Hello
You can access your key by viewing order history via website"

No direction to where the CD key is located in order history ive checked it over 5 times and still cant find it

Either this is fixed soon or im disputing it with my Bank & or Paypal

I recently bought a key for a steam game on here. I was somewhat skeptical at first, as you may also be if you are reading this, but I definitely plan on continuing to buy from this website. Excellent customer service and excellent prices!

I don't want to wait for weeks to receive my game key. If you don't have stock you NEED to tell us BEFORE we buy the key.

*** UPDATE *** It seems there was an error processing my key, and after being contacted by support I have successfully received my game key.

I ordered a month ago Thief, and I got cd key just in time, six days before release. Very happy. Thks.

I recently bought a copy of Dark Souls - Prepare to Die Edition via CD Keys Discount and had some trouble activating my copy. One email later I had the problem sorted and everything works fine. :)

Prices are great, customer service is top shelf. If you need discounted keys, this is probably the best place for it.

CD Keys Discount has issued a contest amongst those who leave an opinion about them here on Trustpilot, that's why you find such a large number of positive reviews. Most people on this page just wanted the chance to win a free game.

Let me tell you about my purchase, or should I call it: "me giving CD Keys Discount money for a preorder without seeing either game delivered or money send back".

In early September I preordered Battlefield 4 for PC.
Money was paid.
A couple of days before release, I contacted them to cancel the order since I didn't want to go through with it. They were quick to cancel it.

After that I've been trying to get in contact with them by emailing them, creating a ticket on their webpage, posting on their wall on Facebook and even disputing the Paypal transaction. I've been nothing but stone walled. No answer, no nothing.

I just want people to know this so they keep it in mind when they're thinking about buying from them. I cannot recommend it!
