The product was exactly as advertised and the delivery, with DHL, was super fast. It takes up to 3 or more weeks to get a delivery from Sydney to Canberra, which are only 250km apart, but DHL had my item delivered to my front door from Hong Kong to Canberra in just under a week. Awesome!!!! The item could not have been more exact to the advertised item and I was extremely impressed when I opened the package.

I have to be honest and say I kind of thought I was throwing away my money when I hit the confirm purchase button but CECT-Shop far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic job to you and your staff and I now highly recommend you to all my friends.

If you like to have a good product, don't buy from them. Bought a Huawei Matepad Pro from them, wish I didn't. They are dishonest and not trustable. Luckily I sold that tablet to someone else.

Seen this shop as one of the most reasonable around in the procurement of an X2 Pro, Prices for a lot of their stuff was good, Contact with the shop was good no issues, payment through bank transfer went smoothly, Didn't have to wait too long for delivery and I think they sent me daily updates letting me know the status of my package, the flat payment fee to take care of customs was great.

Although I pay 10 € for my shipment, in addition to the price I bought the product, I paid 35€. It should be stated on the product page that there is additional payment.

I placed my order on Sunday 07/19/2020 and received my phone within 4 days, Thursday 07/23/2020. I'm located in California, US. They shipped the phone out on the Monday and kept me informed the whole time. DHL is amazing, 3 days delivery from pick up to customs to delivery (from Hong Kong to Los Angeles). The phone came with everything I ordered and it was packed neatly in bubble wraps and a cell phone bag. All in all, I am extremely happy with CECT-Shop.com's service and the products they offer. I actually recommended them to the T-Mobile guy who installed my sim chip in the new phone when he asked me where I bought it and how much I paid for the phone.

The shop is really affordable, at the beginning i had some doubt cause the shop is not so sponsorized like the others, but it has great price, wonderful customer service and fast shipping (with No tax option). My first choice

I had nothing but quick responses from the support team and had no issues when shipping besides duties. I ordered the English bootloader but was unable to receive it, so I was refunded the portion which paid for that upgrade. I got my phone and everything is in perfect condition and I received some extra screen protectors along with my phone which was a welcome surprise :). Support emails were answered in a day, 2 at the latest due to the time difference and were always in English.

30 days to Romania, with tracking number and no other customs cost. I received the phone( Redmi k30 pro) from a local express courier and for my surprise it has MIUI 12 and Google Services preinstalled. Very happy with that! Received Eu charging adaptor and an OTG cable to. Very profesional services and also packing was well done..i recommend this seller!

One can put an original plug for charger cable it's Europe yeah?! But in general, I am glad, the price is alsmost the same for 256GB( in Germany one can get 128 only). Happy with a product, long last Battery, approximately 2 weeks of waiting were worth it. Extra orded silicon case is super quality, not slippery, with lil desighn on the sides - super. Video inly in 1048 or 4 k, whould like to make it smaller - not possible...but I like it nevertheless.
