And very surprisingly I have an option of English and it's not automatically converting to English and still remains in Chinese which is out of my world.

Very disappointed!
I bought an Oppo Find X from this shop, but as the DHL driver came to my doorstep to deliver the phone, I was astonished when he told me I have to pay 101,20€ for the “customs clearance” that he paid for me. I was told that they’re gonna pay something, but I never imagined it was going to be that much! and it’s the shop’s fault because they should’ve explicitly mentioned the incredibly high cost of this type of shipping -which they didn’t-, because I think most people (if not all) in their right state of mind would never choose this shipping option had they known.
Now to be honest, the customer service was so good and the support team responded to all of my emails and answered all of my questions, and they were very friendly, but overall I’m very disappointed over what happened and I’ll make sure to remember this shop’s name to never buy from it again!

You can find very detailed information on our home page ("Attention: All our products are shipped directly from China to ensure lower prices for you. However, goods are subject to VAT levied in your home country. In the UK, the rate of VAT is 20%, in Australia GST is 10%, and in the USA sales taxes are between 0% and 11.25%. Usually, these costs amount to approx. 15-35 Euro depending on the device.") as well as at "Import & Shipping" at the footer section. Here you will find detailed information, among other things, that "When selecting the insured and fast shipping option DHL Worldwide, it should also be noted that there are no customs duties for the import of smartphones and tablets, e.g. into the European Union. However, in addition to the shipping costs, there is always the import sales tax (e.g. UK 20%, Ireland 23%, Australia 10%, New Zealand 15%, USA 0-11.25%, Canada 6%) you need to pay. Despite order delays due to inability to track my payment at the beginning, they provided a very good customer service with a root cause of what happened. I would appreciate it more if they already realized it an earlier date as I provided a proof already. But I understood the situation when they explained to me well. Will still buy from this shop.

Great shop, I can fully recommend
For delivery and communication I would give 5 stars easily. From Shanghai to Slovakia in 11 days (quite faster then in promised 20 days) that's what I call SPEED.
Only thing which spoiled a bit my happiness with fantastic smartphone (Lenovo Z6 Pro 8/256GB) was that included neat and black AC/DC adapter was US one. With provided (white and bulk) travel adapter for EU it works ok, but it looks simply quite ugly and using it together with original adapter is a bit more cumbersome then I like. On the shop page it is not cleanly stated that a Travel adapter will be included in case of non-US country. Fix it please
Update: After some communication with CECT-Shop support, everything was clarified and the shop updated the description of product to be more precise (Package will contain travel adapter if the default charge is unsuitable). I would give them 6 star for real reflection on customer experience and for communication. That is really Unique these days :)

Selling uncertified, unusable devices
I have been sold a device (roborock T6) that is not certified for use in Europe. The app needed to control the robot detects the use outside mainland China and blocks. This renders this expensive robot essentially useless.
CECT-Shop is aware of the issue, yet still continues this practice.
Dealing with this company I've learned to appreciate European customer protection.
I feel cheated, disappointed and would never buy from this company again.

As written on the product page of the ordered and bought Xiaomi Roborock T6 (not S6!) you only need to change the region of Mi Home app to China and set the time of your smartphone or tablet to CST. That's all! Afterwards, you can use the vacuum robot without limitations around the world.

the produkt i gott a xiaomi/roborock T6…
the produkt i gott a xiaomi/roborock T6 can only be used with a custom version of xiomi app, that can be infected, the phone warn about it like crazy and it doesn't work good with that, if i need it to work i have to use a vpn and change my timezone and block gps so the app thinks im in japan or china, apparently T6 is only working in china, no where did cect-shop give any information of this when i ordered it.

We are not sure what exact phone and Mi home app you are using, but all you need to do to setup and use the Roborock T6 (not Roborock S6) is to set Region of Mi Home app to China and change the time zone of your smartphone to CST as written twice on product page in our online store (see https://www.cect-shop.com/en/xiaomi-roborock-t6-smart-vacuum-cleaner.html). Once this is done and everything setup there is no issue at all to use the vacuum cleaning robot outside of China.

Great shopping experience
First time buyer and what an amazing experience. As my order showed still "processing" after 2 days, I contacted support and they came back very fast with an update of my shipment & tracking number. I bought an EU Warehouse mobile phone so it arrived without any other expenses. Would use that site again without second thoughts. Support was great. I can recommend this shop, just please read their info pages as products shipped from outside EU will have additional expenses, which is clearly stated.

I bought Huawei Honor 10 Lite, but it came without google play store (however it is written on the check list that google play store is installed).
After more than 20 emails between me and the CECT-Shop team telling them that I google play store did not work after I installed it, and they were always repeating the same answer (sending this article on 'forum.xda-developers'). I told them that it did not work for my device, also it did not work for two other people on the same article comments for Honor 10.
Then they asked me okay, so what are you going to do? (like it is my fault and I have to solve the problem)
I told them I want to send it back to you then you install google play store for me, as you are saying it should be installed with out problem, and I have a one year guarantee I want to use it for this problem. their answer were literally ''If you have a problem with the function - not with running at the phone - contact the programmer of the app to solve your problem.''.
They were not helpful at all in my case.
Moreover. Many application not related to google is not working on the device like some games, or even some applications myMail and Memrise.
I regret that I did not buy it form a sperate online shops like Amazon, Ebay, or AliExpress where it can guarantee my rights between me and the seller.
