i would give 0 stars if i could. slow shipment, no responsibility, worst customer service i've ever experienced. they essentially robbed me of 300 euros. Oh, and the quality of clothes is even worse than their customer service. Actually no, not worse, that's not possible. Liars, scammers, thieves.

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store. I bought clothes from this store. You will waste your money and time.
1. Slow shipment.
2. Items are shipped from China (3 times cheaper on China website).
3. They don't accept return although you get defective items.

On March 22 2020 I placed an order and I was so excited about the cool and funky designs. I purchased several items of which a few of those items were meant to be Birthday gifts for two Birthdays in May. Its July 28th and after exchanging several emails with the support team, of which only the first few were answered, I'm finally accepting that I will never see these items or an updated response to the status of my order. It is a shame because the design and originality of the clothing immediately pulled me in, and had Cedelar handled this situation better I would have been a repeat customer. I shop online A LOT and not just for myself but for family and friends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING this brand, I cannot speak to the quality of the clothing but waiting 4 months for clothing and accessories or even tracking information is ghastly and unprofessional. COVID-19 or not, I have successfully shopped international brands and I have received all packages with very little shipment delays. Now I have to attempt a credit dispute in hopes that I can get my $250 dollars back from this store. Be wary of Instagram advertising shops like Cedelar, they are usually scams and or you will never receive your purchases. This will be the second time this has happened with my purchases from Instagram advertising new brands. Best of luck with your shopping and be aware!

Horrible Update On Order

I confirm I have now received my order. It took three months to arrive (I ordered two orders in total: a pair of jeans and a small bag "SANSA"). The small bag is still yet to arrive. Therefore I am still trying to keep demanding a refund from them. Might have to actually advise on the previous review and contact European consumer centre as well, since it's been established that the company responds very slow, even to their DMs on Instagram, although this is their main advertisement resource. The quality of the jeans was alright with an excellent design overall; however, there were no holes manufactured in the jeans (for the actual buttons) to zip the jeans!!! Therefore, I had to poke holes myself to try to wear them anywhere and be able to close them and wear them. Utterly bad quality for the price they display on their website. It was delivered to me by China parcel tracking or they also say EMS; therefore again this proves there don't have any warehouses in Paris.

Awful! Terrible! Horrible!

It took me 2 months to receive my order. At the meantime they were very slow to answer my emails.
When I have actually received my order, it was 100% disappointed: poor quality, design doesn't match the promised one, instead of dress I have received a shirt!
I want to return those items back but Cedelar are very slow with providing all the necessary details... Honestly I think nobody will refund me and I am almost 100% sure that they don't have this customer service... All those items are coming from CHINA and not from Paris, FRANCE (as they positioned themselves).
I have already announced to the European Consumer Center for this poor quality e-commerce and now will proceed to legal actions.

Just don't buy at Cedelar!

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. The jeans were an odd fit so requested a return, weeks later still no returns form just repeated request for order number, which they had and photographs. Much delay, no action and no monies returned. Would not recommend
