Awful Company, scam
Awful, awful experience. The clothes that came were lacking any kind of branding except for a wash label in Chinese, terrible quality and poorly sized. This company says it is based in Paris - it is not. All employees appear to be based in China. Customer service representative has ghosted me. 70 euro for a pair of fake denim pants that are unwearable and no refund, which I have asked for. They are also deleting Instagram comments of people asking for help and answers.

This brand is fraudulent
This brand is fraudulent. I purchased items from them a while ago and still have not recieved my items.I spike a to a Marie who sold me a story that my items were on their way but this person could not provide me with a tracking number. They give options for DHL delivery on their website which supposedly takes 5-7 days but that is also a lie. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVER THE ITEMS.

Terrible experience, poor quality clothing
I never leave reviews for companies because I generally get decent service, but I thought I was going to be scammed by Cedelar because I ordered clothing in March (it is now mid-May), and emailing them, messaging them, gave me NO response! I eventually got a tracking code with items shipped from China, which is totally unexpected because I thought the company is based in Europe. Seriously ghosting your customers and giving them NO updates on their orders doesn't inspire a lot of trust.
My clothing eventually arrived, but it doesn't look 100% like the photos, they came all wrinkled, and didn't look high quality. They had Chinese labels and tags on the clothing. Honestly think this company just marks up clothes from China a million% just to profit. I do not recommend.

Horrible store and FRAUD
Horrible store!
Looks like a fraud store - I have paid 280 euros worth of clothes on 19th March and still no delivery or even a tracking number!
After I wrote them two emails and on Instagram - they provided me with a tracking number from CHINA!
They say they are based in France but now I do not believe it.
Still have received nothing.
Do not shop here! Save your money!

Absolutely awful online shopping…
Absolutely awful online shopping experience.
Was waiting for my order for 2 months and received the package from CHINA! and also had to pay extra tax.
The item does not look the same as on the website. The quality is definitely not worth the price.
Very disappointed as I really liked the design on the website.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible customer service.
I purchased £150 worth of clothes from the site 6 weeks ago and still yet to receive anything. I have tried to contact them via their website, Facebook and finally on instagram only to be read and ignored.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Shocking to say the least.
