Awful return policy
Awful return policy. Returned boots to local CEF shop.
No receipt as staff said that the code system was so slow, it would not register the return for 24hrs. They suggested I kept the delivery note but did not write an acknowledgment of the drop off.
They said I should just get refunded back into my bank account in a few days.
It has now been 4 working days and I have not received an email regarding the return.

From start to finish the process was easy and quick. The communication was fantastic and delivery was exceptional.

Great products, poor service.
Great variety of products and reasonable prices but when I went in to store to collect my order I was left waiting (with others) like we didn’t exist. pretty poor service really made us all feel unwelcome.

Have been using CEF Caerphilly for the past year or so. Quotes are always rapid, account is always bang on.
Personable, punctual, on time and competitive prices. What else could you want to run a small (or large) business? Plus the coffee machine always works!
