Ordering and delivery was quick and easy.

My brother recommended a Milwaukee Twin Pack and sent me a link for CEF to order. Ordering was easy - no delivery charge in this case, and the product arrived within two days (when ordered on a Sunday)! I received a downloadable receipt which I was then able to use to register the tools and batteries, and also send to my accountant. The whole process was so quick and easy - no problems at all.

Ordered online it was very straight forward process goods arrive next day ,Had to phone Our account holding branch as we haven’t ordered in a while to unblock our account ,Marc Suckling was straight on it and had it sorted immediately we couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you !

Possibly a review of the carrier DX

Possibly a review of the carrier DX, rather than CEF themselves. Delivery now 2 days late and responses, though polite and apologetic from CEF, are that they simply don't know. The provided tracking information is also useless as it tells me that our package is in Cambridge and weighs 25kg! We're in Cumbria and the expected package should weigh less than 1kg.
A second package was subsequently sent out by CEF using DX again. Sadly this one also got lost by DX in transit. One week later CEF kindly made a 3rd and successful attempt, this time using FedEx and we received our package. Credit to CEF for tenacity! And credit for their fast response to solving problems.

Polite and knowledgeable staff.

Needed to speak to someone regarding the product I needed. Was given the number of my local store. Staff member was very helpful, confirmed what I should order with stock reference number so that I could place my order online.
