Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience, contacted my local Mansfield branch for an electrical component I'd seen available online. I left my details and all the necessary part numbers only to be rung back an hour later and told to order the part online. Not a satisfactory customer service incurring an added postage cost you on top when the outlet is 5 minutes away from home. It was as if they just couldn't be bothered, makes me want to take any further business elsewhere in future.
