I ordered some cartridge fuses which arrived bang on time. Unfortunately, I ordered the incorrect ones and requested a return and refund. I called into the Norwich store and this was dealt with very easily. My refund in full was made two days later. Brilliant service.

I cannot commend CEF high enough. I called into the Norwich office and was served by a very helpful member of staff. The part I ordered was delivered to my address next day and I was very impressed by the overall experience.
