They are total scammers, they ask you to send money with a fee, they never send you money back. They say it is fake review. I have binance account transfer, 400 usd, ı have earned 50usd, later ı sent money back, they asked me 250 to send again, the fee of sending took 3 usd and total money ı have send is 697 usd, they have daid ı need to send 250 usd to take money back, I have told them ı have already 697 usd at acvount, why do u ask again 250usd, they said it is rule, ı have asked all my mıney back to transfer, they hace closed my account saying it is illegal, why cant I see my account???

They have only allowed 2 withdrawals and then blocked my account for suspicious activities. The payment verification process as they call it does require the payment of exactly 300,000 USDT including 1% fee. The issue is that I've sent the correct gross amount but they have not accepted the payment since it was 299,99997 USDT so they say the withdrawals are not allowed...this is how SCAM works.

The first transaction will go smoothly. Upon your second withdrawal they will give you some BS about a verification payment required. The minimum 'verification payment' is $150 while I only have $225 deposited. Don't be fooled by all their fake 5 star reviews and all of their reports on the scam rating. This is 100% a scam. And they flag all of the scam reviews, but we have irrefutable proof, so don't believe we are lying when they flag the reviews!!

I wanted to withdraw my money from this exchange but they canceled my withdrawal 3 times and told me that I must deposit $150 to unlock my money and most probably they will ask for many other deposits later and so forth!
There are many fake reviews on TrustPilot claimimg that it's a legit exchange and recommending people to trade with it. The origin of the fraud came from a YouTube video titled (ALL ANSWERS IN THIS VIDEO - 1.5K$ IN 15 MINUTES | CRYPTO ARBITRAGE | P2P ARBITRAGE | BINANCE P2P NEW). I made a complaint to YouTube authorities about the owner of this YouTube channel (ENXAME FILMES) after his promoting and claiming this exchange to be legit! Their customer support claims that I'm not a member of this "cefax.com" which is a BIG lie. I'm a member and my username is "hakeem1279" and my ID is "260199366"!

Please what's going on, my account have been deleted all because I complained that you did not allow me to withdraw. Cefax have deleted my account and my money is gone. Unable to get my fund's 😭... Cefax.com is SCAM Exchange. They won't let you withdraw your hard earned money after you deposit it into their exchange. They will simply lock your account for "verifying" things. They then ask you to deposit $300 to "unlock" your account. Please stay away from cefax.com
