Sadly, after $15,000 I have come to realize that this is a scam. I have invested without results from this company. They have made promise after promise and did not finish the app or complete the project, 3 YEARS LATER. Following Love(3million viewers)

This is a criminal organization. I was told and made to believe that they can build an app for my needs. They robbed me of $15,000. They promised to deliver in 4 months. Almost 2 years, I have gotten nothing. The project manager named SAM JR. disappeared and told me he left the company. He transferred my job to a man called Jasper. As you can see, none of these guys have a last name.
I travelled to Texas myself to the address they said is their U.S address in Texas only to find out that there is no such business as Celect studios. These guys are in Pakistan, I later discovered. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not do business with this company. I am getting ready to report these guys to the authorities. I am preparing my case. I am sure they will be caught and face prison times. I will work with anyone who wishes to join in my effort to deal with these criminals.

I started my project in January 2024 here we are in June 2025 and I can’t get these people on the phone. The last time I heard from them was over a month ago and I just believe that they ran off with my money and scamming people out of our business. Please don’t do business with these people. They’re not a good company to work with. They don’t have good communication skills. They always have some issues with telling the truth and they’re not located in the states. It’s just a whole mess. I reported them to the FBI. I reported them to the police and they just ran off with over $25,000 on my money and I still don’t have my application that I paid for Please do not do business with these people I beg you.

They scammed me. I gave them $30k to make an app and never received it. They use fake names, never show their faces on zoom and are based out of the country but make it seem like they are in TX.

Don’t trust Celect studios Unless you want to experience and deal with a lying, deceitful, disgusting, ingenuous , thieving, Operation. I promise, you will not end up happy. they will steal your money and lead you along to believe that you’re working towards something great and next thing you know , you’re out thousands and thousands of dollars.

They are not honest. Their location is actually a virtual location that can be rented and paid for online for $50 a month and is not real. Their payment portal is some sort of shifty third-party, off-shore type of merchant and they will lead you on for months, as you continue to pay them money for different phases.

In actuality, they are geniuses to come up with this type of scam work. Very intricate and well planned. They are very very good at what they do and will rip you off for thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars and you will be left sitting with nothing But a lot of heartache and extensive knowledge on what not to do ever again.

A Nightmare Experience - Avoid at All Costs

I had high hopes when I started working with Celect Studios, but my experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. What was initially promised to be a 4-month project has now dragged on for two years, and we have absolutely nothing to show for it.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this company has no regard for industry best practices in programming and the structural development of mobile applications. If you're looking for a professional, reliable partner for mobile app development, this is not the company for you. Their work lacks quality, and the final product is far from functional or complete.

Throughout the process, I went through four different project managers, none of whom had any idea what they were doing. Each time a new one was assigned, we had to start from scratch, and the confusion only grew. They all seemed to be passing the blame around while accomplishing nothing.

But the worst part? The contracts. We had two broken contracts during this ordeal, and getting any response from their so-called legal department was like playing a cat and mouse game. The "legal department" wasn’t a department at all—it was just a wall of silence and evasion. When our "project manager" suggested we contact legal for a refund due to the contract breaches, our request was flat-out denied. They missed every single deadline, broke every promise, yet had no trouble taking our payments when it was time to move to the "next phase" of the project.

At this point, I’ve even filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General because I truly feel scammed. However, I’m not sure that will amount to much considering how this company has handled everything else.

In short, I strongly advise against doing any kind of business with Celect Studios. They are all about getting you in the door and taking your money, and when you try to hold them accountable, they just ignore you or waste more of your time. There are far more professional and reliable companies out there who actually care about delivering quality results and customer satisfaction. Even a one-star review is way too generous at this point.

We started a 4-month project with Celect Studios, and now 15 months later, we’re still stuck. We’ve gone through three project managers and two sales reps, none of whom are still with the company. We’re $20,000 in with little to no progress in the last 10 months. They constantly push for payments and make us sign “approval” documents just to continue development. Promised fixes and design elements keep getting deferred to “beta,” which seems to be a stalling tactic.

Our own project manager, Sam from Texas, told us that 60% of the staff was gone and that the company couldn’t finish the project. He even suggested we contact legal for a refund due to their repeated contract breaches. However, legal denied our request, citing documents we signed under pressure just to move to the next project phase — documents signed back in December of last year! Now, 14 months later, we have nothing more than what we saw back then.

We were promised delivery in August 2024, but there’s no sign of anything even close to an alpha version, let alone a final product. Legal has stopped responding, and they’ve sent us a new contract with terms that were again broken. We suspect that Sam is running a one-man operation and outsourcing to third parties. He may even be pretending to be legal and answering calls with a simple “Hello?”

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Celect Studios. In the time we’ve waited for our project, three competing apps have launched, all of which we could’ve beaten to market if Celect Studios had delivered as promised. They’ve missed every deadline, broken every promise, but had no trouble taking all of our money. If I could give zero stars, it would still be too generous.

Would go lower if I could but feel like this company a scam. First they have no support contact even though they’re listed in several different locations around the U.S- next they don’t show their faces in meetings. Which is rather odd especially when working at professional company. The project manager Max harnesses you for payments yet doesn’t check in on project to ensure stuff delivered in timely manner. Often when matters are unclear about the project they don’t contact the client to ask them question instead they do what they want even though you are paying and say they will have that issue fixed for next part of project yet they don’t. Lastly super slow with timelines my project was suppose to be done couple months ago yet still waiting and having to hear about difficulties of developing. At this point will be taking legal action soon. If you’re looking to build application DON’T USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

These guys purchased my information from Bark.com and then proceeded to call me daily despite asking to have my information removed due to the project dying off. I was harassed by these guys for over 7 months. I had to threaten getting the district attorney involved before they finally removed my information.

Celect Studios provided me with more information regarding the most advanced tools they would use during the process. Their developers conducted robust quality assurance tests on my application and made sure that the app performed smoothly. Their efforts resulted in accuracy and speedy deliverables.

Getting an application developed by their experts was the best decision I made! They even asked me for any additions if I wanted, but the application was already flawless. I'll give five stars to them for their outstanding services.

I am happy with their services. They utilized the most high-tech tools with the best features and created the most amazing UI/UX for my application to engage users.

They understood my requirements for an application, efficiently resolved the app's issues, and worked diligently to solve the complexity of the development process. Their project manager, Ana Smith, was enthusiastic about my project. She had a team of passionate developers at her back who laid out admirable results for my app!

Very fun to work with this team. They do great work in a timely fashion, and will try their best to please the client.

I have to say this company did a great job with my website. I did have a little trouble gettings the things that I needed but in the end Frank Junior came through for me and supplied me with all that I needed for my website.

2023, this is season. Am very happy working with Celect studios. I like the team, the guys is very carefully for your project. For me is the best programmer in the world, the best engineer. Non stop guys...

My experience with Celect has been great thus far, they have been very detailed, thorough and timely with the services and creation! We are moving towards the stages where thought creation and development will turn into action. Once the app is launched I will follow up with the rest of my experience, but it has been great so far!!
