Don’t buy! Ignoring my emails. I want to send back for refund as too small.

Wish I read the reviews first, would give 0 if possible, it's a total scam. The bras take over a month to arrive, then they are waaaaaay too small. I sent all evidence in my first email showing how their sizing chart doesn't match what I received and I included my email and order number. They replied asking for photo evidence, my email and my order number so they basically didn't even read my email. Then they said they'd ship a new size... the marketing looks like it's a western company but it's all from China, the bra isn't even good quality it looks really cheap.

scam website with fake trustpilot reviews on the website. Finally recieved my order after a month for the items to be of terrible quality. Ordered a 38G and it wouldn't fit a toddler.
Then when you ask for a refund they offer a 30% refund.
Act as though they are a UK/Europe based company when it is a poor quality Chinese company.
Will be going through my credit card provider for a refund

Shocking products - complete scam. Do not buy

scammers. the product was nothing like advertised and about 5 sizes smaller than the one noted on the product.

DO NOT ORDER!!! Order 2 34E bras as seen multiple tiktoks & instagram (clearly paid for) reviews! Bras barely a C cup. Contacted them immediately via the email they had "updated" me on delays from and got a response a few hours later to say if I let them know what size I want to replace them with they can get them exchanged - WHAT SIZE? How am I to know when the size I ordered came small enough to fit nothing.
They also wanted photos to support my claim they were the wrong size... ???
Have heard nothing back from them for over a week after sending multiple emails - have now gone through my bank to get a refund that way.. It's a SCAM, do not purchase from them.

Do not order – pure scam!!! I received my order after waiting for over a month, and the bras that arrived were not size i ordered (36DD) , they wouldn’t even fit my slim 12-year-old daughter. The model I received was nothing like the one I had ordered -TOTALLY DIFFERENT. This is a blatant scam, even though the website looked legitimate. The same bras can be bought from Temu for just a few dollars. The email address ( link on the website) does not exist

Wish I read the reviews first. Complete scam. Dont buy. You will get a ridiculous product and then they stop responding to your emails when you ask for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered two minimiser bras 36DD which took almost 4 weeks to arrive, but were so small they wouldn't fit a child. No deliver note, refund/returns advice included, so I emailed customer services to requests refund/returns information. they replied telling me to take a picture of my order, send it to them and they'd send replacement items if I confirmed the size - no refund/returns advice provided. I sent second email which was ignored, I then read other Trust Pilot reviews! I contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute at which point Celeria issued a refund. The website looks very legit - but beware, I would strongly advise not buying from this company.

Awful awful service. Over a month and still nothing arrived. No correspondence to say where it is and when asked for a refund no response.

Took ages to arrive, then the sizing is completely off. The band size is a bit smaller but the cup size is bonkers small. Returns/refund process is convoluted and waiting to see what happens. Sent first email re: return by clicking on an email link on the website which sends it to an address that doesn't exist. Just resent but now outside of the 30days. Doubt will get anything back. Complete waste of money.

Another company masquerading as items as quality products, but are in fact tat from china. All their marketing is intended to make the buyer believe that products are UK made and returns are easy. Waited over a month for bras that would fit a 12 year old girl (I ordered 34DD, what arrived was more like a 28A and atrocious quality. Returns policy is laughable, and more to the point does not conform to UK consumer law. I have emailed numerous times and so far have been offered a 30% refund, again not aligned to UK law. My plan is to be as annoying as possible to get the refund I am owed.

Took over a month to arrive and is about five sizes too small.

Ordered 27th December and only arrived today 23rd Jan. Both bras although ok quality they are tiny. I am a 38E and bras look like 34Bs.
The return policy is complicated but basically you have to pay to return. No return after 30 days from Order. I have advised them of my displeasure and told them I will not shop with them again.

Despite numerous emails assuring me that my order is coming and apologising for the almost 1 month delay. I still haven’t received anything and the tracking clearly doesn’t work.
Total scam.
Stay away.

Took about a month to be delivered, I couldn’t even remember what size I ordered because it was so long ago and I couldn’t find the confirmation email etc, however it was TINY. No where near what I ordered, label is Chinese so unable to even know what size it is. Deffo will be returning if I can figure out how

It’s a scam. Just arrived as a bra. The sizing and writing was all in Chinese so I’m not sure what size the bra is. Supposed to be a minimiser doesn’t even fit my boobs.
