I really like this item — it’s very comfortable. However, it runs big. I’m a 34DD and ordered a medium, but it’s too loose. I would recommend sizing down, especially if you’re between sizes.

I measured myself according to their guidelines. The bra still has me spilling out over the top. Really disappointed. I contacted customer service but no one responded.

First order (2 bras), the large was too loose around the band, but cup size ok. Told to keep by customer service & donate to awomens charity and sent M size. Band fit great but cup size gives a uni-boob. Although they are very comfortable, not flattering wearing a fitted top. Would recommend you add larger cup sizes for the fuller bust ladies. Will not be ordering again.

Ordering was good, easy. love the comfort of the bra, wish they would use band size because I’m a triple D so the bra is a little small on the cup and the band is big. I’m using the the first hook.

Incredible customer service very fast to respond and super helpful. I was dubious to order at first as I have always been the person who has needed to try a bra on however I took the plunge and ordered two bras. They fit like a glove and a so comfortable if you’re contemplating ordering take the plunge and do it you won’t regret it great quality wash really nice and as I’ve said above the comfort is something else.

I am really disappointed, the two bras I ordered lacked any support and when I tried to organise a return I found the process ridiculously complicated. I am approx 3 days into my request and have sent 3 emails and I still haven t been provided with the information to allow me to return the products. Personally I won t buy from this company again.

Firstly, on a positive note, the bras are extremely comfortable and in terms of customer service the company are very good at responding and replying to messages. However the problems start if you want a refund. I initially ordered a bra which fit perfectly so placed a second order for the same bra in a different colour and a strapless version. Unfortunately the strapless bra was too small so I was able to request this in a bigger size as part of the company's perfect fit guarantee. This was sent to me free of charge but was again too small. At this point I emailed to say I would return the bra and requested a refund. I was offered various 'deals' as an alternative to having a refund, but having already got two bras that didn't fit, I turned these down and said I would like the refund. I was then told that they would take two lots of shipping fees off my refund (for the original bra and the replacement) meaning that I would end up owing them, rather than me receiving any money back. It is stated on the website that there are no free returns, but no where does it say that they will charge you two lots of shipping fees if you have been sent another product as part of the perfect fit guarantee. I think transparency is key, and potential customers should be made aware of this so they can decide whether to proceed with an order. In a nutshell, you have no chance of receiving your money back if you don't want the product, they are only interested in trying to get you to buy more products at a discount price.

I now have 3 of the Jelly bras and waiting on a 4th to arrive! They are the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn and can where all day in comfort forgetting I’ve got it on! The fabric is so so soft. I recently had an issue with the 4th bra I had ordered - a strapless bra which didn’t fit properly. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had a reply from Olivia who was so helpful. She arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away and told me I could keep the original strapless bra or gift it to someone else! Excellent customer service and a fantastic product. I will definitely be buying from Celeste D’or Curve again and without hesitation would recommend this product 100%.

I ordered two bras that cost over $60 and neither one comes close to fitting. I have been trying for weeks to return them, but I am only responded by them with excessive questions, options to get different types of bras, etc. All I want to do is return them at an astronomical restocking fee and they refused to send me a return form now coincidentally, we are two days away from the return expiration. Do not order from this company. This is a total money grab, scam in all caps!!!! the material is terrible. The fit is nowhere near what I ordered.
Look up the reviews and I am just one of hundreds of people with the same complaint. This company should be shut down.

After receiving a bra that was way too large and reading all the negative comments on Facebook about the returns process I gifted the bra to someone.
I then contacted Molly at Celeste to say how unhappy I was and she was amazing - we went through measurements etc and she sent me a new bra which is fab - such a lovely comfy bra and great customer service - don’t believe all

Not even worth 1 pathetic star - After almost 6 months of trying to return 1 item - being charged $17+ to do so by this company ( from my refund) when postal cost is only $11 - this is a total wrought - apparently their 3rd party postage label Company CANNOT produce a return postage label WTF!!!!
Now I’ve been told to keep the item - get stuffed - I don’t want it that’s why I want to return it.
Sophie & Laura - why are you both sending & replying to emails at 11.30pm or 9.00pm of night when CLEARLY your Office Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4,00pm as per your website.
