I ordered a necklace for my partner on Mothers Day and it still hasn’t turned up and whenever I send emails to the hello@celesteadoresupport they now sit in my outbox like I have been blocked.
I have submitted a question just now where I’m awaiting to receive a full refund and the order was placed within the stipulated time frame.
Seems like a scam.

As our pieces are made to order and require crafting time before shipping, it would not have been possible for it to arrive in time for that date. Lost Christmas present.
My grandchildren bought a necklace for Christmas 2025 for me and the first time I wore it I lost it. Very sad . So I approached Stephanie via email to inform her.
I was actually taken by surprise when she said the necklace would be replaced with only postage expenses to be paid. I was so excited as were my grandchildren.
What a gesture I could hardly believe it!!!
Necklace is beautiful so obviously it comes with the love and warmth of the company.
