I got scammed by this company

I’ve been a victim of this company as well. As I was in Westfield London walking past this stand there was this sales rep saying he can help me with my scars and I said no a couple of times. And unfortunately the sales rep got into my head and he managed to convince me to buy the products for over an hour. I can see other people saying they have been scammed over £2000 but for me luckily I said no I can’t afford it and he dropped it down under £700, this is how he convinced me to buy the products and also getting into my head of that he can have my scars fixed. Beware they will try and get into your head to scam you off by looking at your vulnerability appearance!!! I also suggest people with autism and any other learning disabilities to keep away from there stand. Luckily I managed to get my refund just because I’ve emailed the company that I have a brain disability with proof. So people please be cautious and be aware of this!!

Approached by sales rep in Westfield…

Approached by sales rep in Westfield White City, tried some products and convinced me to buy a product. The product I took home doesn't work at all, doesn't feel the same on my skin (for under eyes) as the one I got to try in Westfield. Shame!

Celestolite is a scam

This products are a pure crape. Don’t fell into there trap. After one member of the team approached me in Westfield and convincing me to buy them. She applied a cream under my eye which seemed to work. Ones I get home and a few hours passed my eye become itchy and my skin was extremely dry. I start to google about this celestolite and I found out is a scam. I start to look in there list ingredients full of chemicals. I went back to them to get my money back. And as everyone said they give an email and guess what they don’t do refunds not even if the products are unused. I complain to the Westfield London too. I learned a very useful lesson, don’t buy anything before doing your research.

Friendly sweet taking salesman at malls selling cellostolite American products _ don’t stop they will hook you

Well as they say previous bad experience stopped me from buying these products _ I am not sure what he applied under my eyes which sadly are dark but they did brighten up . I was very tempted to purchase the cream he claimed was a way of doing a Botox without intervention @ same special promotion story I have hared many times and how they can sale it for £250 when it is on line for £700 was my initial thought. When I said I will research the product and come back he went off and spoke to his woman manager who said since I was so keen she would do ia package for £250 and was throwing in other stuff - when I resisted she said pay half now and take some products come back with the rest later . I said I didn’t have my credit card so she said you must have some cash or something _ I said I only have Apple Pay _ she was so desperate she said well you can pay £45 as deposit to secure this one off price - I stuck to my guns and said no why would I do that ? If the offer isn’t there when I come back it was fine by me and they gave up on me- the products must be worth nothing I’d they can sell it for so less when you resist _ scum back people in shopping malls who should not allow such hard sales on poor passing women and sometimes man - hope this helps

Scammed in Westfield London

I’ve been approached from a member of the team that works for Celestolite, in Westfield.
After convincing me to buy an expensive product for my acne problem, he guaranteed me that if it wouldn’t have improved, he would have gave me the refund.
The product didn’t work at all, and after complaining about that, they ignored me, and told me to send an email to the company. No answer. I basically threw £150.

My experience is the same as the other…

My experience is the same as the other reviewers. It's too much money for something that's going to last for a few hours. On top of that, I got an allergic reaction later on. I went to Carmel with my family last Saturday and this woman was outside the store giving samples and she was very pushy. She got me in the store and applied a cream and something else under my left eye. My under eye got very itchy and puffy later on. I called the store the next day and spoke with Anna, she's the person who applied the cream to me. She wasn't very helpful or kind. I will not recommend this product to anybody. They will not refund your money.

Temporary fix

i was so excited when he put the lotion under my eyes and after it dried, my eyes looked great. i bought the celestolite and rubbed it on my eye lids and they improved a lot but the problem is, the next day my eyes looked worse than before he put the cream on so this product makes your eyes look good for a day but it doesnt fix the problem, it only temporarily makes your eyes look better.

Buyer beware

I too fell victim to the high $ scam. The girl was pushy and made an offer my sister and I finally agreed too. Yes, the cream tightened my eyesthere but I wonder if the cream was the same that I bought. After reading these reviews I am mad at myself. Not usually that loose with my retirement money. I noticed on the receipt there is not a legit company name.

Walking in rodeo drive Beverly Hills…

Walking in rodeo drive Beverly Hills was stopped by a guy who was offering free samples despite of the fact I told him no thanks he told me come inside I will give you more samples however he started to putting my eye lotion which they are selling 999 online . I said no thanks but he insisting to give me damage package for 199 . Wow such an scam artist and obviously great sellers . Even if your product works you never sell item with scam and tricks . You need to give costumers choice and time to see if they really like your product . Not a pleasant experience . Will stay away from those guys .

Horrible service

I purchased this product at a quilt show, Loved the product but the applicator quit working before I had even used half the product. The company said that they only warranty for 30 days and refused to replace it. They offered me a discount that was still several 100$$$. Don't buy this product, the customer service is terrible.

I also was duped at a upscale shopping mall in Edina,Mn.Every review I read is accurate, They put a cream under my eyes that did tingle and tighten, but that is not what is in the syringe I purchased for $400.00!!! What I purchased does absolutely nothing,no tightening,no tingling,no improvement at all.
I am angry at myself really,I am old enough to know better! Run,don’t walk from these people, good, reputable Malls should not allow them to rent kiosk space. I feel really badly for those who signed up for treatments with an automatic payment.
We need to see more bad reviews posted on Google and other sites, also report to your attorney general

So I was called in to a shop in the…

So I was called in to a shop in the mall here in NJ. I let the salesperson apply the under eye cream and yes it made me look 10 years younger. The Celestolite under eye cream is an amazing product! Here is my issue. So I am so caught up in the effects that the price was not a big issue. The solution come in a 6.5 inch applicator surringe. The problem is that is really misleading as there is a mere 12g/0.42oz of product in the applicator. That is complete BS! Is this stuff really more expensive than gold? The salesperson told me that the container of under eye cream was a one year supply how is 12g of product going to last a year?

Ripp—off and jeopardy for your health during Covid

I fell into the same trap as others have stated here, even though being old enough and around the globe travelling and hearing/seeing similar sales tricks enough not to — they are really brain—washing you!
It was in a shop in Carmel by the Sea, CA. (Senselife).
Needless to tell the whole story. In the end the „nice“ lady got me with more and more extra products for free for the „bargain“ of paying 450$ (plus tax!) to carry out 9 products.
I hope, I only lost the money and not my health as they didn‘t adhere to any of the Covid safety measures.
I wonder if there is any place to report about this and have them close the business for that reason!

I saw this promotion online and when I…

I saw this promotion online and when I got there was duped into buying lots of products and a contract. My appointments has now moved to a third store as they have advised that it is that particular store that does that treatment. From last year November until February my Appointments kept getting cancelled then Covid hit. No calls or messages from them and I am owed about 8 treatments, so I cancelled the payments in July when it ended as I didn’t want it to affect my credit score.

I am now wary of any promotions going forward.

Also in the last two months, I have developed severe adult acne on my face, behind my ears and my neck. I have been using a cream and anti biopics but now need to see a dermatologist as it is not getting better. To top it off, I am still out of pocket and I am annoyed that a company like this can operate and will be filing a complaint to get my money back.

Full refund when it is a no refund policy!

My senior mom with dementia went with a neighbor to Mayfair mall. I didn’t think I needed to protect her but the neighbor did not have any concern for my mom and went to this store. The neighbor purchased products and when my mom came home she was the owner of $600 worth of skin products. I was livid! My mom is 78 years old and on a fixed income. The next day when this was explained to the store the sales person, Adam, immediately refunded us in full. Adam was wonderful and so understanding. He was very apologetic as my mom looks good for her age and is very sociable. After explaining he completely understood. Thank you Adam and if you want fabulous customer service and concern go see him. Amazing! I am so thankful for his understanding and empathy surrounding this very delicate situation.

Pure Con Artistry

Like everyone else here writing an honest review here, my own experience of Celestolite (in Victoria, BC, Canada) is one of being manipulated, misled and groomed by false advertising being delivered by good looking, silver~tongued con artists. Don’t fall easy prey to their slick predations; these are highly skilled hard~sales people who will find your self~esteem weakness and exploit it to their own advantage. Before you know it, you are spending big bucks on mediocre products that don’t even come close to delivering all those beauty fantasies. It’s all an elaborate, staged illusion. I wouldn’t be surprised if they use some kind of subliminal hypnotism to scramble brain signals. Do. Not. Succumb. Nothing Celestolite sells is anywhere close to being worth the cost of your personal integrity.
